Here is the General Hospital weekly recap for episodes that aired from July 6 through July 10, 2026. Britt learned that she never had Huntington’s, Cassius survived the shootout and was offered a new future by Z, and Joss made it clear she was staying with the WSB no matter how much Carly hated it.
Meanwhile, Valentin returned to Port Charles with a pardon, Danny tried to clear Jason by naming Rocco, Brook Lynn’s attempt to frame Willow started falling apart, and Elizabeth began wondering whether Drew and Brennan's matching medical crises were truly strokes at all.
What happened on General Hospital?

This week on GH, the fallout from the Spoon Island mess spread across Port Charles. Carly confronted Z over Joss joining the WSB, and Z told her Joss was too valuable to let go. Carly slapped him, but Z still made it clear that Agent Jacks was now part of the bureau, whether Carly liked it or not.
Joss also had a hard conversation with Lucas at the hospital. She apologized for manipulating him as part of her WSB mission, but admitted she would use him again if she had to. Vaughn later visited her before leaving for Borneo, and by then Joss seemed more settled in the job than ever.
Z also revealed that Cassius had survived. He was being held in a secret WSB facility, hooked up to monitors and facing serious charges. Z told him the official story would paint Cullum as a hero and Cassius as the villain, but then offered him another option: come work for him.
Britt learns she was never dying

Britt’s week changed completely when Lucas visited her in jail and told her she never had Huntington’s disease. He explained that Cullum had manipulated her test results and that the medication she believed was keeping her alive was only saline. Britt did not want to believe him at first, especially since she had experienced symptoms whenever she missed her shots.
Lucas explained that the symptoms were psychosomatic. Britt broke down after realizing she had spent years doing terrible things for men like Cullum because she believed they were keeping her alive. She later told Liesl that Jason was sent to a gulag trying to save her, Marco died over saline, and she had ruined her life for nothing.
Detective Joe later questioned Britt about the used syringe found in her room. Britt admitted Cullum falsified her diagnosis and forced her to work on the prototype in exchange for what she believed was experimental medication. Joe eventually told her the WSB had declined to pursue charges, and he gave her money after she admitted she had nothing and nowhere to go.
Valentin’s return upends Lulu and Carly

Valentin’s release created trouble almost immediately. Carly was thrilled to have him back, and Sonny walked in just as they were kissing. Sonny warned Carly that Valentin was dangerous and reminded her that Valentin once helped Ava interfere with his medication, but Carly argued that Valentin helped save Joss.
Lulu had her own problems with Valentin. Charlotte admitted she knew her father had been in town, and Rocco admitted he knew too. Valentin then showed up at Lulu’s house, hugged Charlotte, and later told Lulu that he wanted joint custody. He warned her that if she could not learn to coexist with him, Charlotte might eventually cut Lulu out instead.
On Friday, Lulu confronted Carly and asked what she had offered Valentin in return. Carly admitted Valentin had been hiding in her attic and that she brought Charlotte over at Christmas under pretenses so she could see her father. Lulu accused Carly of putting Charlotte in danger, while Carly argued that Lulu was making it impossible for Charlotte to be honest with her.
Danny tries to clear Jason

Danny went to Jack at Turning Woods and said Jason did not shoot Cullum. Jack pressed him for proof, and Danny finally admitted that Rocco was the shooter. Jack said that explained a lot, but warned Danny that the WSB may not care and that pushing the truth could make things worse for Rocco.
Rocco later told Dante that Charlotte had told Danny the truth. Dante understood the danger immediately and worried that the more people who knew, the harder it would be to keep Rocco safe. Charlotte later confronted Danny, but he told her he had to try because Jason was all he had.
Charlotte admitted that if Valentin had been in Jason’s place, she would have done the same thing. Rocco knew Danny was angry, but he did not believe Danny would intentionally hurt him. Still, the secret that Lulu, Dante, Britt, Charlotte, and Rocco had tried hard to contain was now in Jack’s hands.
Brook Lynn’s plan begins to fall apart

Chase spent the week digging into Willow’s supposed involvement in Curtis and Jordan’s accident. He first accused Michael of framing her, but Michael denied it and warned Chase not to throw away Brook Lynn and Phoebe over Willow. Brook Lynn tried to defuse things, but the situation was already moving toward her.
Tracy figured it out before Chase did. After Willow accused Tracy of framing her, Tracy remembered Brook Lynn saying she would do anything to protect her family. Tracy then confronted Brook Lynn and accused her of framing Willow to cover for her own role in the accident. Brook Lynn admitted she had given Lucy half of her Deception shares in exchange for help.
Chase later questioned Lucy and learned that she had met Brook Lynn at the Quartermaine mansion the night of the accident. Lucy also confirmed that Brook Lynn gave her enough Deception shares to make her the majority owner. By Friday, Chase went home and asked Brook Lynn directly whether she framed Willow, and she admitted she had.
Elizabeth follows the medical trail

Elizabeth also noticed something strange after checking in with work from home. Jack had been released from Turning Woods and had apparently walked out on his own, which did not line up with what she knew about his stroke and locked-in syndrome. Lucas agreed that kind of recovery did not usually happen that fast.
That led Elizabeth to compare Jack’s case to Drew’s. Drew remained in bad shape, while Jack was already moving around again. Elizabeth wondered if something else could have caused the symptoms, and Lucas admitted that some substances exist that could make it appear that someone has had a stroke.
On Friday, Elizabeth went to Willow’s house and found Jack standing there. She told Willow and Nina that Drew and Jack both having strokes followed by locked-in syndrome was too strange to ignore. Jack claimed he had been exposed to a classified substance during WSB work and that Drew could not have been exposed to the same thing, but Elizabeth still did not look convinced after he left.
Curtis, Jordan, and Sidwell face new trouble

Curtis rejected the plea deal his first lawyer recommended and turned to Martin for a second opinion. Martin warned him that if his argument about Isaiah provoking him failed, Curtis could face much more prison time. Curtis did not want to miss the birth of his child or lose time with the baby, so he decided to take his chances in court.
Isaiah hired Ric to pursue a civil suit against Curtis. He told Ric that his hand injury could end his surgical career, and Ric believed he could make Curtis pay. Trina worried that Isaiah escalating the situation would make everything worse for her family, but she also stopped herself from getting pulled into her parents’ problems again.
Jordan met Sidwell at the PCPD after he realized she had sold him out. Sidwell offered to help restore her face through the same clinic that treated Michael if she helped him access money in Zurich. Jordan refused, and Sidwell warned that he would make her suffer for betraying him.
Anna comes home, and Ethan’s secret grows

Anna came home from France, and Mac, Felicia, Emma, and Gio were waiting for her. After they left, Dante visited and told her Cassius was dead and had worked with Sidwell. Anna blamed herself for being fooled, and after Dante left, Peter appeared again and told her she could finally get revenge.
Liesl later went to Anna and told her Cullum, not Cassius, had been the real monster. She described being held in the same room Anna had been kept in and gave Anna details that confirmed Anna had really been kidnapped. Anna admitted it was gratifying to have proof, but she still would not vouch for Cassius because he had lied to her, pretended to be Nathan, and manipulated evidence.
Ethan also spent the week recovering from being shot, while Ava kept pushing him about Phoebe. After he made another comment about saving Ava’s life, she reminded him that while he was delirious, he said Phoebe was not his daughter. Ethan tried to cover, but Ava theorized he was still running some kind of con. He insisted he was protecting Phoebe and warned Ava that she did not want to know from what.
Friday ended with several stories breaking open at once. Brook Lynn admitted to Chase that she framed Willow, then accused him of caring more about Willow than her. Willow and Nina agreed that Liz came too close to the truth and decided Willow had to find Jack’s black box before Drew recovered and sought revenge. Joss told Jack she sent Valentin to Anna because she knew Anna could pull Valentin away from Carly. Lulu warned Carly that Valentin would do to her what he did to Nina and Anna, then stormed out. Finally, Anna was alone when someone knocked at her door, and she opened it to find Valentin standing there.
