Elsewhere, Tracy’s conflict with Willow continued creating tension inside the Quartermaine family; Ethan made mysterious moves involving a DNA sample and police evidence; and Charlotte found herself following in her father’s footsteps. By Friday, Dante and Lulu finally received a lead on Rocco, Trina reached an important realization about her parents, and Cassius found himself carrying even more guilt as the walls continued closing in around him.
What happened on General Hospital?

This week began with the fallout from Tracy’s confrontation with Willow. Tracy found herself arrested after Willow accused her of assault, though Willow ultimately decided not to press charges. Michael encouraged her to let the matter go for the sake of Wiley and the rest of the Quartermaine family, while Chase found himself caught between his wife and her grandmother.
Brook Lynn tried to keep the peace, but the situation only created more tension. Tracy remained convinced Willow had thrown herself into the water to manipulate everyone around her, while Chase insisted he had done his job. Later in the week, Tracy warned Brook Lynn not to lose herself trying to save her marriage. Brook Lynn defended Chase but admitted the entire situation had become exhausting.
Michael continued working behind the scenes as well. He met with Jacinda and discussed their plans involving Brook Lynn and Chase. Tracy eventually joined him and shared her belief that Brook Lynn was refusing to see the truth about her husband.
Valentin prepares to sacrifice everything

Much of the week revolved around Valentin’s growing realization that time was running out. After learning Obrecht was likely being forced to complete Faison’s project for Cullum, Valentin concluded that simply distracting the WSB would no longer be enough.
Carly desperately tried to talk him out of turning himself in, but Valentin remained convinced it was the only way. He explained that Z, a high-ranking WSB figure in its Geneva headquarters, was the only person who could stop Cullum. Unfortunately, reaching him meant meeting face-to-face and giving up his own freedom.
The situation became even more emotional when Valentin said goodbye to Charlotte. She begged him to abandon the plan and go on the run with her, but Valentin refused. He explained that the fate of the world was at stake and that he could not turn his back on the crisis unfolding at Wyndemere.
Before leaving, Valentin shared one last romantic evening with Carly. However, Cullum’s agents soon traced activity back to Carly’s house and searched the property looking for evidence that Valentin had been hiding there.
Britt’s condition worsens

While Port Charles searched for them, Britt and Rocco remained hidden in the British Virgin Islands. At first, they settled into life at their remote cabin, but Britt’s health quickly began deteriorating.
Rocco learned more about Britt’s illness and discovered she relied on special medication that was no longer available to her. As the week progressed, Britt developed tremors, collapsed inside the cabin, and struggled to hide the severity of her condition from him.
By Friday, Britt admitted she under-estimated how quickly her symptoms would return. She sent Rocco into town for medicine and tried to convince him that over-the-counter medication might help. Rocco ultimately got her some medication. However, the worsening situation eventually pushed him to reach out for help.
Lulu and Dante move closer to finding Rocco

Lulu and Dante spent most of the week trying to stay focused on bringing their son home. Although tensions remained between them, both recognized that finding Rocco mattered more than their disagreements.
Cullum continued pressing for information and even summoned Lulu to Wyndemere under the guise of discussing her son. Ethan accompanied her and quickly realized Cullum was fishing for information.
Dante also found himself increasingly frustrated with Ethan. After learning Ethan helped Lulu obtain fake passports, Dante blamed him for helping create the circumstances that allowed Rocco to disappear in the first place.
Despite their arguments, Dante and Lulu slowly found common ground again. They shared information more openly and began working together rather than against each other. Sonny’s resources eventually helped provide a lead, but locating Rocco remained difficult given the number of islands involved.
Cassius struggles under the weight of his deception

Cassius continued living as Nathan West while becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the role. Nina worried about him pulling away from James and questioned why he seemed determined to distance himself from the boy.
Felicia later confronted him about the same issue. She worried he was withdrawing from James because of complications involving Maxie and their family dynamic. Cassius insisted that wasn't the case, though his guilt became increasingly difficult to hide.
Throughout the week, he repeatedly questioned whether he belonged in James’ life at all. Felicia pushed back, reminding him that children have room for everyone who loves them. Rather than convincing him, her kindness only seemed to deepen his internal struggle.
At the same time, he received updates regarding Obrecht’s progress on the project and continued worrying about the consequences of everything happening around him.
Trina reaches a turning point with her parents

Elsewhere, Curtis and Portia finally began addressing the damage their constant fighting was causing. Curtis visited Portia and acknowledged that their hostility had gotten out of control. Both admitted Trina had become trapped in the middle of battles that had nothing to do with her.
Meanwhile, Trina opened up to Ava about everything that happened after the baby shower. She described the argument between her parents and admitted she had become exhausted by constantly being used as ammunition in their disputes.
As they talked, Trina came to an important realization. Losing Spencer had once brought her parents together, but somewhere along the way, their relationship became unhealthy. She recognized that she had spent months carrying problems that belonged to them instead of focusing on her own future.
Back at Portia’s house, Curtis and Portia agreed to establish boundaries. They promised to stop putting Trina in the middle and keep significant others away from family gatherings whenever possible. Their discussion was interrupted when Trina arrived and announced that things could not continue the way they had been.
Sidwell regroups while new mysteries emerge

Sidwell spent much of the week rebuilding his plans from the shadows. After resurfacing, he confronted Ezra and reminded him that the leverage he held remained very much intact. He made it clear that revenge against Sonny, Laura, Lucas, and Cullum remained his priority.
Sonny, meanwhile, began preparing a strategy of his own. After learning that Sidwell still didn't know who killed his son, Sonny decided to use that information as bait.
Another mystery surfaced when Ethan secretly swapped a DNA sample during testing at the hospital. The reason remained unclear, but his actions suggested a larger secret was beginning to emerge.
Friday ended with several major developments arriving at once. Charlotte and Danny received a desperate call from Rocco, who revealed that Britt was seriously ill and needed medication. He secretly provided them with his location and begged them to find "Nathan."
Cassius received the information and rushed to Lulu’s home, where both Lulu and Dante happened to be waiting. He informed them that he knew exactly where Britt and Rocco were hiding.
At the same time, Carly and Jack worried that Charlotte was now in danger because Cullum had noticed her connection to Valentin. Jack warned Carly that the WSB could come after her next.
Back at Britt’s cabin, Rocco covered for his call after Britt overheard part of the conversation. Weak and struggling, Britt asked only for a blanket while trying to hide how badly she was deteriorating.
And at Portia’s house, just as Curtis and Portia agreed things had to change, Trina arrived at the door and announced she was making a change of her own.
