On the Wednesday, June 25, 2926, episode of General Hospital, Cullum the menace had it all planned out. Meanwhile, Anna tricked her doctor and Charlotte gave Danny some massive news.
Carly Drops a Bomb on Lucas

Domesticated Carly was cleaning her counters when Lucas walked in. Relieved that he was okay, she immediately threw her arms around him and then asked what the heck he was thinking, setting up Sidwell like that. But Carly didn't have enough time to chastise. She needed Lucas' help breaking into Wyndemere.
Lucas was quickly confused. He no longer lives at Wyndemere, so why is Carly so interested? Carly explained that Joss was onto Sidwell and was now missing. Lucas wondered how Josslyn was a part of this. So, Carly just came right out with it. "Because your niece is a WSB agent," she said.
Carly went on to explain exactly how Josslyn became a junior spy. Lucas was so sorry she had to learn and go through all this by herself. Well, Carly didn't go through it on her own. She had a little help from a friend, namely an attic boyfriend. Carly explained the whole sordid tale of how Valentin became Carly's new roomie.
Lucas wanted all the details, but knew that would take "time and wine." For now, he just wanted to help his sister. So, Carly explained that Valentin was now in Geneva trying to stop Cullum, who was a double agent. Lucas admitted he knew, which meant there was now communication and Carly and Lucas could tell each other all the things they had known for months. (Let's bring in Sonny, Laura, Charlotte, Danny, Lulu, and Dante now. Anyone else?)
Carly was stunned when Lucas admitted that Cullum was the one who killed Marco. She was more worried about Josslyn than ever and tried to run out to Spoon Island, but Lucas stopped her. Lucas begged Carly to give Valentin time to complete his mission. If they heard nothing till the next night, they'd go to Wyndemere themselves.
Charlotte Drops a Bomb on Danny

Charlotte opened the door to Danny, who arrived at Laura's apartment at his friend's behest. Charlotte had some news for Danny, but he had to keep it a secret. Danny was surprised that Lulu and Dante knew where Rocco was. They both assumed "Nathan" told them.
Danny was further shocked to hear that Lulu and Dante planned to take Rocco into hiding. After some prodding, Charlotte finally told Danny that Rocco was the one who shot Cullum. Danny refused to believe it at first, but Charlotte convinced him. After all, Rocco had been acting so weird since Cullum had been shot.
Charlotte stressed that Rocco was trying to save Danny's dad because Cullum was about to kill Jason. Danny was thrilled. This meant Jason was innocent and the WSB would set him free. Charlotte had to convince Danny that going to the WSB was a bad idea because Rocco was still in danger. Danny was insistent that his grandmother could fix everything.
Danny also revealed how angry he was at Rocco for allowing the only parent he had left to take the fall for something he did. Charlotte worked hard to convince Danny to stay quiet. Jason had wanted it this way and they should respect that. Plus, Rocco was still in grave danger. Charlotte told Danny that if he spilled, she'd never speak to him again, but Danny didn't care and left to find Alexis.
Britt Pleads With Rocco

Rocco returned from another trip to get some produce to find Britt up and about, doing better. She didn't even believe her earlier incident had anything to do with her Huntington's. She thought she might have had food poisoning, since the symptoms fit.
However, she warned Rocco that her health would decline and it wouldn't be pretty. She wanted Rocco to promise to head back to Port Charles if she were ever in bad condition again. Rocco refused to make that promise. He soon realized that Britt always knew she was going to send him home and grew angry. Rocco was sure that she was different from his parents and would never lie.
Britt argued that she was just trying to protect Rocco, but Rocco refused to budge. He was going to stay with Britt until the end and that was that. After some more prodding by Britt, Rocco finally agreed to listen.
Cunning Cullum

Cassius snuck into the Wyndemere living room and headed straight for the safe to find Britt's meds. He put multiple vials in his messenger bag just as Cullum appeared behind him. Cullum didn't seem to know what Cassius had done. Cassius said he was there to visit his mother, but Cullum wanted her to focus on the project.
Cullum then asked for an update on the PCPD and Sidwell. Cassius informed Cullum that the police had picked up one of Sidwell's goons. Cassius also announced he planned to skip town as soon as the project was complete.
Later, one of Cullum's goons informed him that Cassius had gone to the post office and then the pool to spend time with James. A curious Cullum checked the safe and announced that Cassius had taken the bait. Cullum knew that Cassius was trying to protect his mother and sister. "He thinks it will save her, but it will be the very thing that ends her life," Cullum said of the poison in the vials.
Cullum's last loose thread was Valentin Cassadine. "Fortunately, he's left us with two very valuable hostages," he said as we suddenly saw a split screen of Charlotte and Carly.
Anna's Back

Although it should be nighttime already, Emma sunned herself at the pool with Gio on lifeguard duty. When Emma and James took a dip to play a game of Marco-Polo, Felicia asked Gio how Emma was doing. Gio was happy to report she was doing better.
While Emma and Gio later made out on a chaise lounge, James was thrilled to see "Nathan" walk in. James immediately showed off and did a cannonball as "Nathan" told Felicia he wanted to find more time for James.
At the French mental institution, Anna sat on her bed with a new hairstyle, knitting away. Her doctor arrived for a session in which Anna complained about the tea being lukewarm. Anna knew that she couldn't be given hot liquid in a ceramic mug or she could use it as a weapon.
The doctor asked Anna if she could yet distinguish real from delusion, so Anna reiterated all the things she had told the doctor when she arrived. The doctor thought it was all a delusion, but Anna knew it was all real. But she put on a good act and said she now knew it was all in her head. "I know that Cesar Faison is dead," she declared.
Anna laid it on thick as she tried to convince her doctor she was sane again. She claimed she had been recalled into the WSB for a case connected to Faison and had crashed, becoming consumed with the idea that he was still alive. She was now willing to put in the work to get better, but thought she would be better served if she could talk to someone from home.
That prompted the doctor to call Felicia, who was thrilled to hear Anna's voice when the doctor put her on the phone. A tear-filled Anna asked Felicia to come to France. Felicia said she'd be there first thing in the morning before running across the pool area to tell Emma the news.
