General Hospital Recap June 29: Sidwell and Anna Both Expose Cassius Faison

On the Monday, June 29, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Anna revealed she was putting her WSB skills to work all the months she was locked in a French mental hospital. Plus, Cody's wet phone caused problems, and Cassius had a big decision to make.

Cassius walked into the Wyndemere living room to see Cullum and tell him that Jordan thinks Sidwell is in a safe house he had bought for Marco and Lucas. Cassius had reported the info to the PCPD and they sent a cop over there, but Cullum wanted Cassius to go and make sure Sidwell didn't get out alive.

Cullum decided that Sidwell's grief made him a liability who needed to be eliminated. He even offered to go 50/50 on the profit from whatever Liesl was building in the basement. If he didn't kill Sidwell, Cullum would kill Josslyn and his mother.

At the PCPD, Justine told Joe that Willow's trip log shows her on Route 91 at the time of Jordan's accident. Joe pointed out that Willow's shock at the accusations seemed genuine. As they spoke, Justine received a text about Britt being brought into custody on Tortola.

Joe found it interesting that Dante had made a point to not say Britt kidnapped Rocco, but then turned around and had her arrested for kidnapping. Joe and Justine wondered why Dante refused to involve the FBI or WSB.

Catching Sidwell

Later, Joe staked out the house where Laura and Jordan thought Sidwell could be hiding. Cassius got in the car with him, but they didn't see any sign of movement. He tried to send Joe away, but Joe enjoyed stakeouts. He had a playlist and snacks and was in it for the long haul.

Joe also informed Cassius that Dante had Britt arrested in the British Virgin Islands. Cassius immediately asked about his sister's health, but Joe had no information. So, Joe told Cassius about the syringe with the saline residue and no trace of any other med.

Before Cassius could absorb the information, Ezra pulled up and let Sidwell out of his trunk. Joe immediately called for the S.W.A.T. team, alarming Cassius. He stopped Joe from making the call, saying he thought there might be a leak in the department.

In the house, Sidwell lamented that Marco would never get to live there, but also complained that Cullum was refusing to talk to him since he became a fugitive. So, Ezra had to help him with his quest. He was going to "remove" Sonny while having Ezra expose Cullum as a double agent.

Just then, Joe and Cassius burst in with their guns. Sidwell just rolled his eyes and said, "Well, Cassius, what are you waiting for? Shoot him," Sidwell said, nodding at Ezra. Joe was quite perplexed and told Sidwell that the man with the gun was Nathan West, not Cassius.

Sidwell just guffawed and told everyone exactly who "Nathan" was. Cassius finally broke character, trained his gun on Joe, and told the other cop to run.

Pool Time With James

Molly and Cody settled in for a relaxing day at the Metro Court pool where. They leaned in for a kiss before James got them with his Super Soaker. Cody apologized to Molly. He was aiming for Cody, but Cody saw that James managed to soak his phone.

Cody tried to be a sport about it, saying he'd just let his phone dry, but for now, he would take a tech break. That got Molly talking about her father's alleged digital detox last summer. Cody tried to hide his guilt at not telling Molly the truth about that.

When Cody brought up the book launch party, Molly said she was thankful her parents were doing that for her. Cody once again told Molly he thinks there is something going on with Ric and Alexis. "Bickering could be a form of foreplay," he said, horrifying Molly. Cody compared it to him and Molly when they first met last year.

Molly detailed her parents' tumultuous relationship and said she knew if they reunited, it would be a disaster of epic proportions. Besides, Ric was blissfully happy with Elizabeth now.

Anna Knows All

In France, Anna told a confused Felicia that the man claiming to be Nathan West was actually his twin brother. When Anna had broken out of the hospital last month, she made it to a chateau Faison had owned and found a letter from Madeline about Cassius. Madeline's entire scheme was spelled out in black and white. Everything Cassius had told Liesl was true.

Felicia wondered how Anna was able to confirm that Cassius was Nathan last fall. Anna explained a DNA test would have shown a match for Nathan, but she suspected Cassius broke into the PCPD database to change fingerprints. Anna told Felicia that Jack had informed her that there was a Sidwell-Faison connection, so she guessed Sidwell had paid Faison to impersonate Nathan.

As Felicia questioned her friend, tears welled in Anna's eyes. She feared that Felicia still felt she was crazy. Anna composed herself and asked Felicia to think about the logic behind what she was saying. Anna asked Felicia if Cassius had done anything out of character for Nathan. Felicia mentioned the most out-of-character thing: dating Lulu.

When Felicia met with Mac and Emma outside, she handed Mac the letter from Madeline. Mac took one look at the letter and had Felicia call Cody. Because his phone was wet, it went straight to voicemail. Felicia left a message asking Cody to keep "Nathan" away from James.

In her room, Anna told Emma what she knew. Emma worried what would happen if she was wrong. Anna welled up with tears again and wondered if she was really crazy after all.

Warnings for Sonny

Alexis arrived at Sonny's money-laundering restaurant for a chat. They made some small talk about Kristina before Alexis announced that she needed his help with Danny. She told Sonny that Danny had broken into the WSB offices to try to contact his dad.

Alexis wanted Sonny to have a talk with Danny, but Sonny wasn't sure it would do any good. When he heard that Cullum had been the one to deal with Danny, Sonny took Alexis into his office to talk privately. Alexis was shocked to hear that Cullum was the one who killed Marco. Sonny was insistent that they had to keep Danny away from Cullum, telling Alexis he was a double agent.

As Alexis tried to leave, Justine appeared to give Sonny a warning about Sidwell. Alexis expressed surprise, then left Justine and Sonny alone. Justine told Sonny about the house where she thought Sidwell was hiding. Sonny knew Sidwell was coming after him and said he would be ready.

Teenage Terror

Danny and Charlotte made it to the Q boathouse after she was nearly kidnapped by Cullum's WSB goon. Charlotte was amazed that Danny had come back for her, despite her kicking him out. They deduced that Cullum was trying to use Charlotte to lure Valentin out of hiding.

Danny was glad because that meant that Cullum thought Valentin was still in Port Charles. Charlotte once again thanked Danny for rescuing her. He said they were best friends and that's what best friends do. When Alexis called and told Danny she was coming to get him, Danny said he couldn't leave his friend.
