On the Tuesday, June 9, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Sidwell took his gun and shot at the man he blamed for killing his son.
Lucas' General Hospital gamble

At the site of the new tennis center, Sidwell came up behind Lucas and reminded him that he would do anything for his son. Lucas played innocent as he asked for Sidwell's opinion, so Sidwell also played innocent, as the two men danced circles around one another.
Finally, Sidwell asked what he was doing by his safe this morning. Sidwell had seen Lucas lingering by the safe multiple times. Finally, Sidwell accused Lucas of stealing the photos of Laura and Sonny. Jenz was surprised when Lucas suddenly changed his tone of voice and said, "You're damn right I did."
A smug and irritated Lucas listened to a furious Jenz rant. Why was what he did to Sonny and Laura any of his business? Because it was wrong, Lucas told him, so he offered to help. Finally, Lucas cut to the chase. Sidwell had dragged Marco into his criminal organization and wanted out. But it was too late for Marco, so Lucas decided to damage Sidwell.
As Lucas tried to walk away, Sidwell pulled his gun. An emotional Jenz asked whether Lucas had really loved Marco. Did Lucas frame Pascal to cover for himself? Lucas said no, but Marco was dead because of Sidwell. "Marco died trying to undo your crimes," Lucas said.
Sidwell decided that Lucas was to blame for everything, so he shot Lucas multiple times in the chest.
Liesl's brand-new son

In Wyndemere's basement, Liesl was sure that "Nathan" had come to rescue her and Josslyn, but instead, he walked into the room, closed the door, and gave his mother an ominous look. Liesl asked if there was a problem with their escape plan. Josslyn then dropped the bomb that Liesl's son was working for Cullum.
Liesl was confused and assumed that "Nathan" was undercover. Josslyn said that Liesl should address this man by his real name. "I am. He's my Nathan," Liesl said. Cassius responded with, "I am yours. But I'm not Nathan."
Cassius told his mother his real name and explained his backstory to a shocked Liesl. She knew she had twins, but believed the other boy was stillborn. However, she never saw him and was only told he had died. But Madeline had taken him and given him to Faison. A tear-filled Liesl asked where Nathan was and learned he really had died.
Cassius explained that he had laid the groundwork to take Nathan's place soon after he died by hacking the PCPD database and changing his medical records. He had also had Nathan's body cremated and scattered his ashes in the ocean. Liesl sat down to absorb it all, noting it was like losing her son all over again.
Cassius told Liesl that he was still her son, so Josslyn suggested that he prove it and get them out of there. Liesl knew just how hard that would be. Cassius told them how Sidwell and Cullum had come to him after Nathan died and he had been working for them the whole time, but he did everything he could to protect Britt. Liesl didn't care and smacked her other son across the face.
As Liesl ranted and raved at Cassius for all the lies, Josslyn told Liesl that she and Britt owed Cassius their lives. Cassius finally explained that he had been working to free him and Britt, but now Britt has run off. Liesl realized she had been kidnapped to finish Britt's work.
Cassius promised to protect Liesl because he would rather die than let anything happen to her. Liesl cried as she thanked her new son. She didn't want to see him die.
Brook Lynn's dirty plan

Willow was unnerved when she ran into Brook Lynn at Bobbie's. Brook Lynn followed Willow outside. Willow didn't want any more conflict, so Brook Lynn told her they would settle things once and for all. Willow immediately began defending herself, telling Brook Lynn that what she witnessed was two old friends supporting one another.
Surprisingly, Brook Lynn was receptive to what Willow had to say and apologized for jumping to conclusions. Willow wasn't expecting to hear that and admitted she was hurt by the accusations. She only wanted to help Brook Lynn and Chase. That's why she offered Chase a job.
Willow talked up the job, pointing out that he would have better hours and be in less danger. Brook Lynn noted that this was Chase's decision. Brook Lynn and Willow hugged it out, but the look on her face told the audience that the apology was all an act. Lucy then approached, so Willow took off.
Lucy was impressed with Brook Lynn's performance. Willow would surely think that Brook Lynn was on her side now. The women got a table and decided they needed to ruin Willow's political reputation somehow, even if they had to lie. Lucy suggested making it look like Willow was the one whom Jordan swerved to miss. Brook Lynn thought that was a great idea.
An angry Emma dropped ice cubes on a relaxing Gio as he lay in the sun outside the Quartemaine boat house. She was annoyed that plans had changed, but Gio blamed Trina for cancelling their rehearsal. Emma decided to spend time swimming with Gio instead.
After their swim, Gio admitted how much he loved having a baby sister. Emma wanted to know how he felt about Brook Lynn adopting a baby when she had given him up for adoption. Gio was at peace with the situation.
Surprise, Willow

Nina stopped in to check on Jack, who could only complain that he could barely make a fist and was being fed through a tube when all he wanted was a cheeseburger. Nina didn't care and only asked if Valentin had visited. Jack said that Valentin refused to go to the cops or the WSB, so Nina would have to.
Nina wasn't about to turn Valentin in or Willow could be in trouble for injecting Drew. Nina reasoned that Valentin would come to his senses and do what was needed. Jack insisted there was no time if they wanted to save Josslyn. Nina was sure that Carly and Valentin wouldn't allow Josslyn to be in danger.
Jack knew that Nina just wanted to avoid police scrutiny, which Nina admitted was true. She convinced Jack to wait for Valentin to make the right choice. Then, she left and promised a possible cheeseburger. Later, as Jack lied in bed alone, Willow appeared to give Jack his injection. Imagine her surprise when he physically stopped her.
Baby shower time

At the Metro Court Gardens, Trina and Kai finished setting up Portia's baby shower just as Stella arrived. Trina tried to send Kai off to enjoy some time on his own, but Isaiah appeared to be one of the male guests. Of course, the guest of honor was on his arm.
Stella apologized to Portia for having the shower where Curtis punched Isaiah, but they'd already made a deposit when that had happened and everything else was booked.
Curtis waited for Jordan in the hospital waiting room. Her appointment went well, but Curtis wanted to make sure she was joining him at Portia's baby shower. Jorda wasn't sure she wanted to go, but Curtis managed to talk her into it.
Back at the shower, Stella and Tracy caught up with one another, with Stella admitting she wasn't happy to see Isaiah. However, she had to accept him in Portia's life. Tracy was sure there would be fireworks and right on cue, Jordan and Curtis walked in.
Curtis approached Portia while she was chatting with Ava, who walked away. Curtis commented on the choice of venue. Curtis promised that he would keep the peace, but he also wouldn't back down from a fight. Across the restaurant, Isaiah told Elizabeth that he looked forward to his day in court.
Nina also popped by quickly to drop off a gift, leading Liz and Felicia to ask about Drew. Nina said he was hanging in there before nervously walking away. Liz remarked to Felicia that it was awfully coincidental to have two men suffer strokes in the same living room three months apart.
Isaiah later tried to talk to a nervous Jordan. He hoped she didn't believe Curtis' theory that he was the other driver. Jordan said she hoped the other driver would come forward just as Curtis approached with an attitude. He took Jordan's arm and led her away.
During the shower games, both Curtis and Isaiah predicted that the baby's first word would be "Da-da," which sent Curtis into a rage. Portia and Trina had to break things up, but Portia had something to say: "The more you talk like this, the more I realize I gave Trina a gift, not letting you raise her."
