Here is the General Hospital weekly recap for episodes that aired from May 11 through May 14, 2026/
What happened on General Hospital?

This week on General Hospital, Chase ran into Willow while out jogging. He explained that he and Brook Lynn wanted to adopt Phoebe, though they were struggling to track down any family connections. Willow promised to help. Someone. who was hidden, took photos of the two of them together.
Elsewhere, Sonny pulled a gun on Ric and Ava at her gallery. Ric explained that he hadn't betrayed him. He was arranging to buy artwork for Elizabeth. Sonny ultimately accepted the explanation.
Meanwhile, Dante confronted Lulu after discovering that Rocco, not Jason, had shot Cullum. Lulu explained she had been trying to protect their son from the WSB. Dante was furious that she kept something this serious from him and let Rocco believe he could not trust his own father.
At Willow’s house, Nina accidentally stabbed Jack with Drew’s medication. Jack collapsed immediately, and Nina panicked as Valentin fled the scene. While Nina waited with Jack for paramedics, Drew slowly started regaining movement in his hand after being left alone without another injection.
At GH, Liz began connecting uncomfortable dots after realizing that both Drew and Jack had suffered stroke-like episodes while living under the same roof.
Willow’s world starts collapsing

Nina warned Willow that Drew had been left alone. She rushed home and stopped him from calling for help. Meanwhile, Nina tried to deflect suspicion away from w what happened to Jack. Willow warned her mother to stay calm because drawing attention to themselves would only make things worse.
Later, Willow went to Wyndemere to confront Sidwell about Jack’s collapse. She argued that Drew should be allowed to recover because having both Jack and Drew suffer strokes in her house would raise too many questions. Sidwell warned her not to start giving orders.
Meanwhile, P.I. Elaine Stevens delivered the photos of Chase and Willow together in the park to Michael. He was convinced Willow would eventually expose herself.
Carly grilled Nina at the hospital, noting that two healthy men collapsing under Willow’s roof could not simply be a coincidence. Carly even floated the possibility that Willow herself might somehow be connected to whatever was happening around Valentin, Jack, and the WSB. Nina became defensive.
Rocco’s secret keeps spreading

Dante made it clear that both Lulu and Nathan should have trusted him enough to help their son instead of lying. “Nathan” defended his actions by arguing that he and Jason were trying to keep Dante from being forced to choose between protecting his so, or following the law. Dante also ordered “Nathan” to stay away from Rocco moving forward. Meanwhile, Britt and Lulu continued blaming each other for everything that happened that night.
Rocco eventually sought Britt out after fighting with Danny and Charlotte over breaking into Wyndemere. Later, Rocco broke down in front of Britt. She reassured him that he had saved her and Jason’s lives that night and promised they would get through this together.
Dante eventually found Rocco at the boathouse and finally heard the full story from his son directly. Dante assured him that he acted to save lives and would not be treated like a criminal. Dante also warned that Cullum was too dangerous for the truth to come out publicly. He promised Rocco that he would protect him.
Sidwell and Cullum tighten their grip

Lucas visited Wyndemere and found Sidwell looking through old photos of Marco. Lucas later nearly lost control while speaking with Sidwell and admitted to Britt afterward that he wanted to tell Sidwell the truth about Cullum murdering Marco. Britt understood the temptation, but both of them realized exposing Cullum would also expose Marco’s role in helping steal her medication.
Lucas and Britt later discussed whether Sidwell and Cullum should simply destroy each other, though Britt worried she could not survive without the medication Cullum’s operation was providing.
Elsewhere, Sidwell informed Cullum what really happened to Jack and warned that things would become complicated if Jack regained consciousness. Cullum agreed that they could not allow Jack to recover.
Cullum also met with Justine and demanded access to the evidence connected to his shooting. Justine pushed back hard. Next, Sonny and Cullum traded insults before Cullum finally stormed out after realizing Justine was not going to cooperate.
Across town, Laura and Ezra pressured Tracy to drop her injunction against Sidwell’s proposed helipad project. Tracy reluctantly agreed.
Phoebe’s future brings more complications

Alexis warned Brook Lynn and Chase that they needed to be completely honest with social workers about anything in their lives that could become an issue during the adoption process.
Ethan watched the interaction carefully and later admitted that losing a child was one of the hardest things someone could experience. He continued staring at Phoebe throughout the conversation and eventually asked Kristina whether she thought the baby would be happy with Chase and Brook Lynn.
Ethan continued trying to stay in Sonny’s good graces after his confrontation with Ric earlier in the week. Kristina promised she would speak to Sonny on Ethan’s behalf and help smooth things over.
Elsewhere, Curtis continued investigating Jordan’s accident and became even more convinced Isaiah was involved. Jordan struggled emotionally with the physical aftermath of the accident. She finally removed the bandages from her face and admitted she wanted whoever hurt her to face consequences.
Portia, meanwhile, tried to remain optimistic that the baby shower and the coming child could help bring their fractured family together.
Nina sat at Jack’s bedside begging him to wake up, while Sidwell and Cullum agreed that Jack's recovery could destroy everything they had built.
Liz, Dante, and Ric

Dante said to Liz that he never thought he’d destroy evidence as he was doing to protect Rocco. Liz said there was no record of his hospital visit. She gave Dante Cullum’s blood sample to help him.
Dante revealed to Liz that he told Rocco that he was going to protect him. He’s not sure it helped. Dante fears Rocco is pulling away. Liz said that Rocco’s trauma didn’t have to destroy his life because her trauma didn’t destroy hers.
Liz shared that trauma can rewire a person’s brain if that person was young when the trauma occurred. Liz said the people who showed up for her – Lucky, Audrey, Bobbie, and Gail -- helped her. Liz said that Rocco also has a great support system, but his included his parents. Dante thanked Liz again for everything. He told her to have fun on her date with Ric.
Meanwhile, Ric asked Alexis if she trashed him to Sonny; she assured him she had not, but she admitted that she liked keeping Ric on edge. Later, Ric gave Liz a gift, a piece of art. Liz noted it was worth a small fortune. She told him he was being beyond generous. He said the look on her face was enough thanks for him.
Cassius brought some stuff to Josslyn, who remained his captive. She asked him to bring her something that would stimulate her mind. He told her she was lucky to be alive. Later, he brought her some cards. She urged him to turn to Brennan or Dante for help. She said that Cassius didn’t have to pretend to be James.
Carly is concerned about Joss

Joss told Cassius that the room she was in was clearly made to hold someone hostage. Cassius said that his father was into that stuff – not him. Joss wondered if Cassius was more like Faison than he realized. Cassius and Josslyn played cards. Cassius said he had real feelings for Lulu. He said he’d never had anyone look at him the way people looked at Nathan. Joss said she didn’t know Nathan all that well, but that she knew he was special. She theorized Cassius could be special, too. He said he works with his father’s partners to keep his sister, Britt, alive.
Joss theorized that Cassius and Britt are dead once their mission is done. Cassius is aware of that. Joss said that everyone would have to lose “Nathan” again, and James would be hurt most of all. Cassius feels horribly that James’ heart will be broken. Joss suggested that Cassius let her out of there. He told her Brennan wasn’t an option for either of them. Joss suggested that if Cassius plays things right, Nathan’s loved ones will see him – not Nathan.
Carly shared with Valentin back at her house that Jack had had a stroke. She didn’t let on to Nina how much she really knew. Then, Carly’s doorbell rang. It was Cullum. Valentin hid while Carly answered the door.
Cullum shared with Carly his theory that Jason is covering for the real shooter. He stared at a photo of Jason and Danny. Carly assured Cullum that she didn’t shoot him and showed him to the door. After he left, Valentin came in, armed. He said he would have killed Cullum if he’d tried to hurt her.
Valentin wanted to know what Jason was covering up. Carly said it was Jason’s business. Valentin suggested that Joss might be safer where she was.
Brook Lynn shared her concern with Chase that they won’t be able to adopt Phoebe. Chase theorized that any other relatives of Phoebe’s would have been found by now. Chase was glad they had nothing to hide.
Alexis met with Chase and Brook Lynn about Phoebe’s adoption. Chase gave Alexis a list of galleries and a copy of the tattoo Delilah had. Alexis shared that he knew someone who could call.
Cullum insisted that Dante give him all the evidence he has on his shooting. Dante told him that the evidence was misfiled. Cullum accused ADA Turner of tipping off Dante. He claimed that the warehouse where his evidence is filed looks like Raiders of the Lost Ark.
And in this corner

Curtis told Portia that he was going out to dinner with a client, but he could change it to lunch. She told him not to do that. Curtis is convinced that Isaiah was the person who drove off the night of his and Jordan’s accident. He said he’d find another form of justice if the authorities didn’t come through for him.
Portia and Isaiah were enjoying a night out at a restaurant. Isaiah told Portia that Curtis blames him for the car accident.
Justine told Jordan that there wasn’t enough evidence against Isaiah. Jordan said she could live with that, but she’s not sure Curtis would. Meanwhile, Isaiah told Curtis to back off. He said that Curtis was throwing around accusations and that he would be a better father to Portia’s child than Curtis would ever be. Then, Curtis decked Isaiah!
