What happened on General Hospital?

This week on GH, Curtis found himself arrested after punching Isaiah at the Metro Court Gardens. Detective Joe Fitzpatrick responded to the scene after Portia explained that Isaiah's hand was hurt during the altercation. At the hospital, Isaiah learned the damage was severe. Doctors discovered multiple fractures and severed tendons, and Portia worried his surgical career could be over.

At the PCPD, Curtis tried to explain that Isaiah admitted his car had been in the shop and taunted him about being a father before he threw the punch. Jordan bailed Curtis out and later tried to reassure him, though the tension between them remained obvious. Joe also questioned Dante about whether Curtis’ connections would help him avoid consequences, but Dante insisted nobody received special treatment in his department.

Anna’s condition devastates her family

Laura informed Mac, Felicia, and Emma that Anna had escaped the hospital in France and nearly reached Switzerland before authorities caught her. Anna was then transferred to a more secure psychiatric facility. Emma struggled with the news, especially after accidentally breaking a mug she had made for Anna as a child. Gio comforted her and argued that Anna was still herself despite everything happening around her.

Valentin took the news even harder. He became convinced Cullum had completely broken Anna psychologically and later announced he wanted to go to France and break her out himself. Carly argued that he was acting recklessly, but Valentin insisted Anna needed someone familiar who could reach her. Carly eventually realized just how deep Valentin’s feelings for Anna really were.

Meanwhile, Willow later agreed to help Laura with Anna’s situation. She managed to arrange for Anna’s transfer back to a lower-security treatment facility and helped get the charges against her dropped, though Anna still could not be released until doctors medically cleared her. Felicia was relieved by the news and thanked Willow for stepping in.

Joss remains trapped beneath Wyndemere

Elsewhere, Joss remained trapped in the prison beneath Wyndemere with Cassius, who continued pretending he was protecting her from Cullum. Joss questioned why he was working with the WSB in the first place, and Cassius admitted he believed he was keeping her alive by hiding her there. Joss pushed back repeatedly and accused him of being just as guilty as Cullum and Sidwell for what happened to Anna.

Joss fought back more aggressively. She attacked Cassius with a chair and tried to escape, but he stopped her before she could get out. After another confrontation about Anna’s imprisonment, Joss discovered two sharpened metal knives hidden beneath the bed, apparently left behind by Anna during her own captivity.

Rocco’s secret pushes Lulu and Dante apart

Rocco’s situation became even more dangerous this week as more people learned pieces of the truth about Cullum’s shooting. Danny and Charlotte snuck into Wyndemere, hoping to learn more about Sidwell’s operation. They overheard Cullum and Britt discussing the shooting. Cullum believed Danny may have pulled the trigger, while Britt admitted she told the police Jason shot him to keep investigators from digging deeper.

The situation became more complicated once Sidwell realized Danny had an alibi. That led Cullum to start considering someone else entirely as the shooter. Meanwhile, Rocco panicked over Danny and Charlotte’s break-in and turned to Gio for help. Gio eventually went to Dante because he realized his brother was falling apart emotionally.

Dante and Gio searched for Rocco while Lulu secretly prepared an escape plan. Ethan agreed to help Lulu secure fake passports for herself and Rocco, though Lulu worried that uprooting Charlotte again would hurt her too much. Dante remained completely against the idea once he learned Lulu was considering taking their son out of town.

Dante insisted Rocco belonged with his family and warned Lulu against turning him into a fugitive. Lulu argued she was trying to save their son’s life because Cullum would eventually figure everything out. Laura later surprised Lulu by supporting her decision. She admitted that if Lulu believed running was the safest option, then she trusted her instincts.

At the same time, Cassius continued pushing Dante to accept reality. He warned Dante that Cullum already knew Jason did not shoot him and suggested Sonny could help hide Lulu and Rocco somewhere unreachable. Dante argued that helping them disappear would destroy his career, but Cassius questioned whether losing his badge would really matter if it meant saving his son’s life.

Britt makes a life-changing decision

Britt also spent much of the week trying to protect Rocco while dealing with her own problems involving Sidwell and Cullum. She admitted she wanted to leave town because Cullum was forcing her to finish a dangerous prototype in exchange for medication that was keeping her alive. Rocco begged Britt not to leave without him because he believed everyone around him would stay in danger as long as he remained in Port Charles.

At first, Britt refused. She reminded Rocco that Sonny, Laura, Dante, and Lulu would never stop looking for him. She also admitted she did not want him watching her slowly die once her condition worsened. Rocco, however, argued that despite the terrible circumstances surrounding his birth, Britt had changed and become someone he trusted completely. Eventually, Britt gave in and agreed to take him with her.

Britt previously confronted Danny after learning that he and Charlotte had broken into Wyndemere. Danny questioned why she lied to the police about Jason shooting Cullum, and Britt admitted that Jason had asked her to do it before the WSB took him away. She warned Danny to stay far away from Cullum and Sidwell moving forward.

Nina and Willow struggle to control Jack’s condition

Meanwhile, Nina and Willow kept trying to maintain control over Jack’s condition at the hospital. Willow worried Nina’s repeated visits would start raising suspicion, but Nina insisted she felt responsible because she accidentally injected Jack in the first place. Willow also began embracing her political career more seriously and admitted she finally felt empowered, helping people instead of depending on the men in her life.

Nina’s visits to Jack became far more dangerous once Cullum started appearing at the hospital himself. Cullum openly mocked Jack’s locked-in condition and told him he planned to transfer him away permanently. Nina later panicked after finding Cullum sitting in Jack’s room when she arrived carrying flowers as cover for another injection attempt.

That panic only grew worse after Jack suddenly spoke. When Nina asked whether Cullum was dangerous, Jack quietly muttered that blinking answers “takes too long.” Nina immediately realized his recovery had progressed faster than expected and threw away the syringe instead of injecting him again.

Sonny closes in on Sidwell

Sonny spent the week growing increasingly concerned about Sidwell’s expanding operation. Ric suggested eliminating Sidwell now that he controlled the piers and had increased activity around Spoon Island. Sonny agreed that Sidwell’s endgame appeared close and admitted he was done waiting for the situation to resolve itself naturally.

Brook Lynn and Chase also continued moving forward with their plans to adopt Phoebe. Alexis later connected Delilah’s tattoo to a New York gallery artist named Kioko and continued investigating Delilah’s past. Ethan also spent time around the baby, which did not go unnoticed by Alexis.

Elsewhere, Lucas and Pascal nearly tore each other apart at Wyndemere after Pascal admitted he blamed Lucas for Marco’s death. Pascal revealed he told Cullum that the medication was missing because he suspected Lucas had taken it. Lucas argued they were both responsible for what happened to Marco and warned Pascal that exposing the truth would only get them both killed.

Britt and Rocco disappear

Lulu and Ethan realized that Rocco had disappeared after discovering his passport was missing from the packed bags. Dante later found Elizabeth locked inside Britt’s office closet after she uncovered the fake passport plan.

At the hospital, Cullum looked for Rocco while Nina quietly celebrated Jack’s recovery after hearing him speak again. Sonny and Laura were also left stunned after Britt called and revealed that Sidwell had murdered Henry Dalton and that Pascal had helped cover it up.

Outside, Britt handed Rocco his passport, smashed both of their phones, and ran them over with her car before leaving Port Charles with him.
