Here is the General Hospital weekly recap for episodes that aired from May 25 through May 29, 2026. Michael started piecing together the truth about the crash, Curtis faced serious consequences for attacking Isaiah, and Willow finally admitted something she had been avoiding.
Meanwhile, Kristina received life-changing news, Sonny and Laura focused on taking down Sidwell, and Tracy found herself making moves to protect Brook Lynn’s future.
What happened on General Hospital?

The biggest story of the week remained the search for Rocco. After Britt left town with him, Dante and Lulu scrambled to figure out where their son had gone and whether he was truly safe. Their worries only grew after authorities discovered Britt’s abandoned phone and learned she had purchased a one-way ticket to Berlin.
Charlotte and Danny eventually uncovered a video message Rocco left behind. In it, he assured his parents that leaving was his choice and insisted Britt had not forced him to go.
Sonny stepped in to help and arranged for Brick to begin tracking Britt and Rocco. Dante and Lulu accepted that they needed every resource available, especially with Cullum and Sidwell still looming as threats. Charlotte struggled with guilt over Rocco’s decision and later blamed herself for not realizing how isolated he felt before he left.
At the same time, Obrecht became increasingly suspicious of “Nathan.” While he insisted he knew nothing about Britt’s whereabouts, Obrecht sensed he was keeping important information from her. That concern only deepened as questions about Britt’s condition and future continued to mount.
Curtis’ attack creates even more fallout

Portia and Isaiah met with Justine and gave their version of events. Neither mentioned Isaiah provoking Curtis before the punch, and Portia made it clear just how much damage had been done. Isaiah’s injuries forced him to cancel specialized surgeries, and there were growing concerns that his surgical career might never fully recover.
Jordan continued trying to convince Curtis to move on from his theory that Isaiah was the other driver involved in the crash. Curtis refused. Even after learning about Isaiah’s worsening condition and the effect it was having on patients, he remained convinced Isaiah was responsible for what happened that night.
The situation became even more complicated because one of Isaiah’s young patients, Derek, desperately needed a transplant procedure that only a handful of surgeons in the country could perform. Portia repeatedly reminded Curtis that innocent people were now paying the price for his actions.
By Wednesday, Curtis learned he would be charged with felony assault and battery. By Friday, Portia and Curtis were still arguing over Isaiah, Jordan, and the future of their family. Curtis insisted Isaiah had nobody to blame but himself, while Portia made it clear she no longer agreed with his version of events.
Michael begins putting the crash mystery together

Curtis once again explained his theories about Isaiah being the other driver, but several conversations soon pushed Michael in a different direction. At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy accidentally revealed that Brook Lynn’s passenger door had been rattling for six weeks, which caught Michael's attention.
Brook Lynn continued carrying tremendous guilt over the accident while Portia sought assistance for Derek’s medical care from the Quartermaines. Tracy repeatedly reassured Brook Lynn that nobody could ever learn she was the other driver, though those reassurances may have done more harm than good.
By Friday, Michael was openly investigating the possibility that Brook Lynn had been involved in the crash. He questioned her about her vehicle, her whereabouts, and the timeline surrounding the showcase. Later, he summoned Jacinda and laid out his theory in detail.
Michael became convinced Brook Lynn was driving the black BMW that was connected to the crash. He pointed to the damaged passenger door, the paint evidence, and her unusual behavior afterward. More importantly, he began imagining how exposing the truth could benefit him.
Michael argued that Chase would never forgive Brook Lynn if he learned she was involved. He believed the revelation would destroy their marriage and ultimately push Chase back toward Willow. Jacinda quickly realized Michael had far more to gain from this theory than he was willing to admit.
Willow questions her future with Drew

While Michael focused on Brook Lynn, Willow clashed with Sidwell. He rejected her latest attempts to stop drugging Drew. When Willow suggested ending the arrangement, Sidwell casually proposed killing Drew instead. The suggestion horrified her and left her questioning everything she had become involved in.
Later, Chase stopped by Drew’s house after returning Amelia’s stuffed bunny. What started as a simple visit quickly turned emotional when Willow admitted she felt trapped. She eventually confessed that she did not want to be married to Drew anymore.
Later, Willow opened up even further. She admitted she never should have married Drew and acknowledged that she no longer loved him. Chase tried to reassure her and suggested much of her decision could be tied to the stress of caring for Drew, but Willow made it clear her feelings ran deeper than that.
The conversation grew more emotional when Willow admitted she felt guilty about far more than her marriage. Chase continued trying to support her, unaware of just how many secrets she was carrying.
Unfortunately for Willow, she was not alone for long.
Kristina’s surprise and other developments

Elsewhere around Port Charles, Kristina shocked Molly by revealing she had been accepted into medical school at UCLA.
Although Kristina initially insisted she had no plans to attend, Molly slowly got her to admit why becoming a doctor appealed to her. Kristina explained that losing her daughter changed her perspective and inspired her desire to help people the way doctors helped her during her darkest moments. Molly encouraged her sister not to walk away from the opportunity out of fear.
Meanwhile, Ava and Alexis traveled to New York to investigate Delilah’s past. Their search brought them to the Hammet Gallery, where they met Apollo, the gallery owner.
Back in Port Charles, Tracy approached Ethan about working for her. She eventually revealed that Brook Lynn and Chase’s adoption plans were her primary concern and instructed Ethan to make sure nothing interfered with their future.
Brook Lynn catches Willow and Chase together

Friday’s episode ended with Michael becoming more convinced than ever that Brook Lynn was involved in the crash and revealed his entire theory to Jacinda. He also admitted that exposing Brook Lynn could strip Willow of her power and influence and put him back in control.
At the same time, Carly and Valentin repaired some of the damage caused by their recent argument. After acknowledging unrealistic expectations on both sides, they shared a kiss and appeared ready to move forward together.
Ava and Alexis finally received a breakthrough in New York when Apollo produced a photograph connected to Delilah’s past. The image left both women visibly stunned upon seeing that the photo was of Delilah and Ethan!
At Drew’s house, Chase spent time comforting Willow and listening to her doubts about Drew. The two shared an emotional embrace. Brook Lynn arrived in time to witness the hug through a window. After politely delivering the present and saying goodbye to Chase as he left for work, Brook Lynn returned to confront Willow alone. Brook Lynn warned that if Willow were to so much as breathe on her husband again, then Brook Lynn would destroy Willow.
