Things kept getting worse on General Hospital, the week of May 4 to 8, 2026. Joss was imprisoned beneath Wyndemere, Carly tried to find her daughter, and Dante kept digging into what really happened the night Cullum was shot.
By the end of the week, Nina was literally caught between Drew, Jack, and Valentin, and Sonny had heard enough about Ric’s secret dealings with Ava, and several people were running out of space to hide what they knew.
Carly had one heck of a week

This week on GH, Jack burst into Carly’s bedroom looking for the man she was sleeping with and found Valentin aiming a gun at him. Jack assumed Valentin had manipulated Carly, but Valentin said Carly had come to him. Carly told Jack she knew he had recruited Joss into the WSB and that there was no coming back from what he had done to her daughter.
Jack threatened Carly with treason and harboring a fugitive. Valentin warned him that if Jack did not continue protecting Joss and keep acting normally, he would expose him to Cullum and leave Jack to take the blame. Jack left, but warned Carly that Valentin would betray her.
Meanwhile, Cassius grabbed Joss at her apartment and called her "Agent Jacks." They fought, and Cassius choked her unconscious. Later, Joss woke up trapped in the same underground apartment where Anna had been held. She banged on the mirror while Cassius watched from the other side.
Carly later searched for Joss and asked Trina if she had seen her. Trina thought Joss had pulled an all-nighter at the library, but Carly remained worried. Valentin believed Jack may have sent Joss away to punish Carly and said he knew a way to force Jack’s hand, though Carly would not like it.
Joss learns who Cassius really is

Joss tried to escape from the underground apartment, but Cassius spoke over the intercom, telling her to step away from the door. He entered with food and a gun, and Joss thought someone had messed with his mind and made him believe he was someone else.
Cassius told her Nathan West was dead and that he was Nathan’s twin, Cassius Faison. He explained that his existence had been kept secret and that Liesl had believed he died at birth because of Faison. Cassius said he studied Nathan’s life and that nobody questioned his return because they wanted Nathan back so badly.
He also told Joss that he had Nathan’s body exhumed to fool Anna and had hacked the PCPD database to replace Nathan’s fingerprints with his own. Joss realized he had told her enough that he might kill her, but Cassius said he was improvising.
Joss asked who else he had held there, but Cassius told her to stop asking questions. He said he had believed her college-girl act until Britt told him the truth. Joss figured out he was also connected to Sidwell and Cullum, but Cassius said he and Britt wanted out. He told Joss she would not be leaving and that nobody would suspect Nathan West in her disappearance.
Rocco’s secret comes apart

The test later showed the blood was not Cullum’s. Dante told Liz that Jason had handled the gun, but he believed that someone else had, too. He said a slide bite would have been a rookie injury for someone like Jason, which made him think Jason covered for someone else.
Liz told Dante she was almost sure she had treated a slide bite the night of the shooting. She admitted that Lulu brought Rocco in, and they claimed his injury was a kitchen knife cut. Liz knew the wound was consistent with a gun-related injury, but she did not report it because she was trying to help a friend.
Dante realized Jason had taken the fall for Rocco. Liz said that made sense because it was something Jason would do. Dante blamed himself for not being there for his son and realized Britt and Lulu knew as well. Liz told him she was fairly sure they both did. Dante wondered how Lulu could lie to him about something that important.
Cassius later went to Lulu and told her Rocco needed to leave immediately or Cullum would kill him. Lulu said sending Rocco away would only hurt him more. Cassius argued that Rocco was cracking under the guilt and might tell the wrong person. Lulu said Rocco needed his family, not exile. When Cassius pushed too hard, Lulu told him to stop acting like he knew what was best for her child.
Sonny loses faith in Ric

Earlier in the week, Ric had claimed he had a meeting at the D.A.’s office, but Sonny checked with Justine and learned there had been no meeting. Justine urged Sonny not to cut Ric loose without finding out why he lied. Alexis also warned Sonny that Ric may have had a simple explanation and that he had worked hard to rebuild their relationship.
Ric continued keeping his arrangement with Ava secret. At the Metro Court Gardens, Ava pulled Ric aside and said she had passed on his message, and he was ready to seal the deal. Ric said he would follow through. Cody noticed something was going on between Ric and Ava, but Ric only said it was business.
Ric arrived at Ava’s gallery with a large briefcase and waited anxiously for someone to arrive. Ava told him she would follow through on her promise regarding the delivery. Ric also reminded Ava that he had not forgiven her for holding him hostage in Alexis’ basement, and Ava was not happy when he brought up Elizabeth.
Throughout the week, Sonny grew increasingly suspicious of Ric after Ethan reported that Ric and Ava had met several times and then separated. Ethan said Ric had just gone to the gallery a little while ago. Sonny believed Ric was no longer covering his tracks the way he used to and thought that meant he was slipping.
Brook Lynn and Chase move closer to Phoebe

Brook Lynn worried that Curtis might know she was on the road during Jordan’s accident. Tracy told her that if Curtis knew, the police would already be there, and told her to focus on Phoebe.
Chase and Brook Lynn admitted they both wanted to adopt Phoebe. Brook Lynn worried about the background check because of her past, but Chase believed they had to try. They later told Ethan about Delilah and their wish to adopt the baby. Chase said Delilah had no fingerprints in the system and no online presence, which made him think she had been hiding something.
Ethan said Phoebe was lucky to have them, but he left soon after. He later went to the pier, cried over an old photo of Delilah, and said he should have been there for her. He said nobody would ever have to know, then burned the photo.
Jordan also came home from the hospital as Curtis continued to look into the crash. He told her he suspected Isaiah may have been the other driver, but Jordan did not believe Isaiah would stay silent if he knew what happened. Curtis said he informed Justine because Jordan was the one who was hurt, but he would stop if she wanted him to. Jordan said if Isaiah was responsible, she wanted him held accountable.
Willow, Nina, Drew, and Jack collide

Willow continued working on Drew’s limbs and said he would be out of his current state once she had leverage over him. Nina came over to watch Drew while Willow met with Kai. Willow told Nina about her arrangement with Jack to find leverage against Drew, and Nina became increasingly upset.
Nina later tried to give Drew his injection while crying and saying nobody, not even Drew, deserved what was happening to him. Before she could do it, Valentin called and said he had a job for her.
On Friday, Nina moved Drew into the bedroom because Jack was coming over. She realized she had left the syringe in the living room, became panicked, and ran to get it. When she tried to inject him, she nervously asked him not to look at her. The doorbell rang, stopping her from injecting him, and Nina hid the syringe under a toy dump truck before answering.
Jack arrived to discuss his arrangement with Willow. Nina asked if he had found anything incriminating against Drew, but Jack said Cullum had taken over the office, and she had to be patient. Nina panicked and told Jack he needed to leave Port Charles.
Carly, Jack, and Valentin reach the breaking point

Carly had dinner with Lucas and Felicia, and Felicia said Bobbie would have wanted her to check on both Lucas and Carly. Carly said she and Jack were finished. Felicia understood that even people with good intentions could have an allegiance to the WSB that came first. Carly said she had learned that the hard way.
After Felicia left, Lucas asked Carly what really happened with Jack and guessed that Jack had found out she was cheating. Carly admitted Jack knew, but she wondered how he found out and questioned how it got back to Joss if Lucas had not told anyone.
At Drew’s house, Valentin arrived with a gun before Nina could get Jack out. Jack realized Nina had initially lured him there for Valentin, and she swore she didn’t know he would be armed. Valentin took Jack’s gun, removed the magazine, and demanded to know what Jack had done with Joss. Jack insisted he had not sent her away to punish Carly. Valentin said if Jack had sent Joss somewhere, it would end badly for him, but it would be just as bad if Jack did not know where she was. because that would make him useless to Valentin.
Jack asked if this was how it would end, and Valentin told him he had lost his edge. Jack lunged for the gun, and the two men fought. The gun went flying as Nina yelled that they should go kill each other somewhere else.
In the final moments, Drew sat in his chair and heard the fight from the bedroom as his eyes grew wide. Valentin and Jack kept struggling over the gun while Nina remembered the syringe under the toy truck. She grabbed it and stabbed Jack with it as Jack and Valentin were fighting.
At the gallery, Ric closed his briefcase and turned around to find Sonny and Ethan standing there. Sonny pulled a gun on Ric and said Ric had asked him for trust, then betrayed him again. Sonny told Ric this would be the last time he got to do that.
