General Hospital's Cassius revealed a bit more about himself on the Thursday, May 7, 2026, episode, but what he revealed doesn't mesh with storyline cannon as we know it.
Josslyn tries to keep up

Not only did we learn more about Cassius (Ryan Paevey) today, we also learned that Josslyn is still a bad super spy. She never read about Nathan having a twin in her "research" but it never occurred to her that Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) said that her father had four kids. Clearly, that fourth kid is Cassius, as he explained. At least Josslyn (Eden McCoy) had one good question? Why would Liesl (Kathleen Gati) act like she only had one son?
Well, she was told that her second twin had died. And whose idea was that? Well, Cesar Faison's of course. That's how Cassius came to be raised by Faison, while Nathan was raised by Liesl's sister and Nina's (Cynthia Watros) mother, Madeline (Donna Mills). The problem is Faison didn't know that Nathan was his son until right before Nathan died. So, how would he have known that Liesl gave birth to two of his sons?
Josslyn claims to have done her research. If she had, she would have known that Liesl had told Nathan that his father was Victor Cassadine, so he believed it. It wasn't until Faison made his 2018 return and shot Nathan that the truth came out. This was public knowledge, so we're surprised Josslyn didn't question Cassius' story. We guess this is what GH is going with now, so that leaves us with another question.
What does General Hospital's Liesl really know?

After Josslyn started asking questions last week, Liesl looked shook. She seemed unable to shake the feeling that something wasn't right. Does she suspect that her other son didn't die after all? Did she really have two living twins out there for all these years? Will she start putting two and two together and get Cassius?
Or is there more to this story than GH is letting on? Cassius is definitely not Nathan. Britt seems to know more. Liesl is confused. But at least Josslyn may stop asking questions for a while, something everyone — especially Cassius — wants her to do.
