We tried to deny what GH had in mind and even wrote a warning that these two teens were cousins, but the show chose to forge ahead anyway. But Danny's Grandma Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is indeed Natasha Cassadine, daughter of Mikkos, which makes Danny the great-grandson of Mikkos. Mikkos had a brother named Victor (Charles Shaughnessy). His son is Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), making Charlotte Victor's granddaughter. That makes Charlotte and Danny semi-distant cousins, but cousins nonetheless. They share DNA and even shared a home at one point. Let's not forget that Danny and Charlotte lived as brother and sister when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) took Charlotte in when Valentin was on the run in 2022 and 2023.To add to the weird factor, Danny and Rocco (Finn Carr) consider each other brothers. And Charlotte and Rocco are actually brother and sister.
