On the Friday, August 7, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Willow got high, Michael freaked out, Josslyn became a CEO, Curtis remained confident, and Ava made a deal with the devil.
Waiting for a Verdict

In the courtroom, Portia and Isaiah asked Molly for a jury prediction. She was honest and told them that using the car accident as a defense could work. Curtis, as usual, was pompous and confident when Marshall approached and asked how things had gone.
He then told Portia that he would be headed over to her house to see "our son" soon. Portia could only roll her eyes as Curtis requested privacy when he visited "my child." Marshall stepped in and thanked Portia for her hospitality ahead of time. When Portia and Isaiah left, Marshall told Curtis that cooler heads needed to prevail.
At Portia's house, Stella held Desmond and talked to him about his parents' ordeal. When Portia returned home, Stella just wanted to know how she was holding up and didn't want to talk about the court case. Portia nearly had a meltdown as she vented about the fighting. "I'm afraid we're never going to put any of this behind us," Portia lamented.
While Portia rocked her baby, Curtis and Marshall stopped in as Curtis said they would. Curtis took his son to sit outside and told him that he would have been so proud of his dad. He later told Portia he was sorry that Marty relitigated their marriage on the witness stand. They refused to let the court case interfere with raising their son.
When Lucas returned to work after court, he told Elizabeth how difficult the day had been for Isaiah. He informed Liz that Marty was especially hard on Detective Joe. "If he went after a cop like that, I can't imagine how badly he went after Portia or Isaiah," Lucas said.
Isaiah later met up with Lucas at the nurses' station and thanked him for his testimony. He told Lucas and Elizabeth how sick he was of Curtis. "What he allowed his lawyer to do to Portia on the stand was unforgivable," he said. Isaiah didn't feel confident about his testimony at all.
Pool Time

Anna approached a soaking wet Joe as he emerged from the Metro Court Pool. She had questions for him about when she was partnered with Cassius. "This job is untenable if you can't trust your partner. He betrayed you. He betrayed all of us," Anna said.
Molly and Jordan both arrived at the pool at the same time after court. They had an awkward moment until Jordan walked away. Molly chased after her for another awkward moment in which she asked if they were okay with each other. Molly knew she had not held back with Curtis, but Jordan thanked her for holding back with her. Anna soon spotted Jordan, so the two old friends shared a warm reunion.
Metro Court Garden Surprises

At the Metro Court Gardens, Drew told Ava that he was surprised that she had asked him for drinks. He didn't think that Ava liked him. Ava said that she didn't. But she did think being given a second chance was worth celebrating. Ava was surprised to hear that Drew testified to help Curtis at his trial.
Ava then revealed the real reason for her invitation. She wanted to team up to hurt Sonny. Drew admitted that getting rid of Sonny was at the top of his to-do list. They both vented about why they couldn't stand Sonny. Drew was outraged at the thought of Sonny constantly trying to take Avery from Ava.
"I would destroy anyone who was trying to keep me from my daughter. And so should you," Drew asserted. He launched into a diatribe about Alexis having no right to bring Scout around people who hate him. Ava envied Drew for being Scout's only parent. "I'd like to have all the control. Instead, I've been walking a tightrope since the day she was born," Ava said.
Hudson, the man who beat up Ethan in Oslo, watched from across the outdoor restaurant until Josslyn sat down with him. It turned out that Hudson ran Jasper Jacks enterprises and was there to walk Josslyn through her new job as CEO, a job Josslyn had no idea she had.
Josslyn nearly had a stroke (not the kind her boss had) and wanted to know how this happened. She tried to text Jax, but was told that her father was sailing the globe and couldn't be reached. "That's why all of us at the company are looking to you," Hudson said.
Josslyn continued to freak out and told Hudson she did not want the job, so he had to fix this problem now. Hudson wanted to know why she was too busy to do the job, so Josslyn took great pleasure in telling him that she was a WSB agent. Hudson didn't peg her as one and just thought she was ungrateful to turn down a billion-dollar company.
Josslyn planned to somehow get a hold of Jax and ordered Hudson to hand her a list of qualified candidates she could hand the job to.
Jacinda's Super Bad Move

At another table, a server asked Jacinda if she could get her an iced coffee, prompting Jacinda to flash back to drugging Willow's iced coffee. She chose an iced tea. When Michael arrived, she showed him the restraining order and he was furious. Michael knew Willow was just abusing her congressional power and knew she was going to target him to get the kids full time.
Jacinda then offered her assessment of Willow and how she was riding high as a congresswoman free from Drew. "She's gotten cocky and a little overconfident," Jacinda said. "I think things are about to change for the congresswoman and not for the better."
Michael wanted to know what Jacinda was alluding to. She said that she felt that Willow was about to make a big, public mistake. She then took a call from Nina. When Jacinda returned to the table, Michael questioned her. "Jacinda, what did you do?" he asked, alarmed.
In Nina's apartment, Willow cancelled a speaking engagement because the nanny was sick and she had to be with her children. They were thrilled as Mommy went to take a sip of her coffee before fade to commercial. When Willow went to send an email, her coffee was out on the table with the kids around.
Wiley asked if they could go to Bobbie's for milkshakes because he was thirsty. Then, he picked up Willow's coffee and fade to commercial before he sipped. When Willow noticed Wiley with the cup, she took it from him immediately because it had caffeine in it. When the kids went to get their shoes, Willow took a big, long sip.
A little while later, Willow was sufficiently high as she grabbed her car keys to take the kids to the arcade.
Does Jacinda deserve to be dumped? Will Drew and Ava make a dream team or a nightmare team? Sound off in the comments!
