On the Tuesday, July 7, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Chase and Willow were both on the wrong track, but Tracy wasn't. Plus, Carly and Josslyn had it out, Valentin and Lulu had it out, and Danny ratted Rocco out.

Danny's Big Mouth

At Turning Wood, Danny insisted that Jason didn't shoot Cullum, so Jack asked him who did. Danny tried to dance around that subject, but Jack needed a name. So, Danny ratted out his brother and told the WSB station chief that Rocco shot Cullum.

Danny didn't want Rocco to be punished, but he wanted his dad to be exonerated. Jack advised Danny to let the matter go, so Danny begged Jack to see if he could get a message to Jason.

Rocco and Dante spent some bonding time together in Lulu's living room. Rocco was sorry for some of the things he had said, but Dante didn't have a chance to say much in return because Charlotte and Lulu walked in arguing. Charlotte was furious that Valentin was right there and her mother didn't let her see him.

Lulu was convinced that Valentin was going back to Steinmauer, so clearly nobody had explained anything to her yet. Charlotte just gave Lulu a teenage girl attitude as Lulu accused Valentin of putting her life in danger. Dante had to break things up with the news Lulu didn't want to hear. Valentin was a free man.

Charlotte was thrilled, telling Dante and Lulu the WSB let him go because he turned himself in and exposed Cullum. Dante asked how Charlotte knew all this, so Lulu piped in with the news that Charlotte had been seeing Valentin the whole time he was a fugitive.

When it was Rocco's turn, he noted how it wasn't easy for Charlotte to lie, which tipped the adults off to the fact that Rocco knew what Charlotte was up to. That meant the heat was off Charlotte as Dante and Lulu turned their attention toward Rocco. Before Rocco got a chance to say much more, Valentin showed up to see his daughter.

Charlotte informed Valentin that she saw him at the hospital when he ran to Carly, but her mom had taken her home. Valentin understood that Lulu was playing it safe. The adults were cold to Valentin, so Danny spoke up and said he was glad that Charlotte had her dad back.

Valentin thanked Rocco and tried to take Charlotte somewhere to catch up, but Lulu stopped them. Charlotte argued with her mother until Dante stepped in and suggested they go to the pool so Lulu and Valentin could talk. Once they were alone, Valentin filled Lulu in on the basics. He let Charlotte know he was safe, but the rest of their contact was initiated by her.

Lulu accused Valentin of encouraging Charlotte, but Valentin insisted he did no such thing. He was free now and just wanted his daughter back, so he offered Lulu 50/50 custody. Lulu immediately shot that down and said Charlotte stays with her. Valentin was furious and told Lulu the truth: "I'm not your problem. Neither is Charlotte or the fact that I'm finally free. The problem, Lulu, is you."

Valentin gave Lulu some good advice. In a few years, Charlotte would be an adult who could make her own choices, she had better find a way to co-exist with Valentin, or she'd lose Charlotte forever.

Danny Did What?

When Dante, Rocco, and Charlotte arrived at the pool, Charlotte spotted Danny and ran over to say hi. She threw her arms around him when she broke the news that her dad was home. At a table, all Rocco could do was glare. Charlotte wished that Danny also had his dad back, so Danny told her that he told Jack that Rocco shot Cullum, but Jack didn't care. All Charlotte could do was glare.

Over at the table, Dante went on and on about being a teenager and thinking he knew it all. He was stopped in his tracks when Rocco told him that Charlotte blabbed about Cullum to Danny. Rocco wasn't worried, though. He didn't think Danny would say anything.

By the bar, Charlotte tore into Danny for ratting Rocco out, but then admitted she would have done the same if it were her dad.

Brook Lynn met up with Chase and Phoebe at the pool. Brook Lynn had just come from work, where she dealt with the PR nightmare Sidwell left behind. Chase gave Brook Lynn good news to cheer her up. Alexis had told him that everything was going smooth with the adoption.

Brook Lynn took the chance to bring up Willow, saying they can thank her for the adoption moving along. She innocently asked Chase if he had heard from her, which allowed Chase to launch into a speech about how Justine was after Willow. He told Brook Lynn about the trip log in Willow's car and announced she had been framed. Chase then looked right at Michael.

Michael and Jacinda dried themselves off after a dip in the pool, but Michael's smile turned to a frown when he spotted Chase. Michael was surprised he wasn't at the PCPD trying to exonerate Willow. Michael explained the situation with Willow's trip log, which Jacinda found to be a bit convenient.

Michael implied that Willow may have been set up, but insisted it wasn't him who did it. Jacinda thought that the entire scenario was fishy, but admitted that Willow was the type of person who would flee the scene of an accident.

After glancing at Chase and Brook Lynn, Jacinda asked Michael if he ever thought of his own baby now that Phoebe was in the picture. Michael got choked up as he talked about how hard it was to be away from Daisy. Michael was still sure that Willow was the one targeting Daisy. Jacinda said that it must be worse thinking Willow may have fled the accident. That's when Chase appeared to accuse Michael of framing Willow.

Tracy was surprised to see Willow as she prepared for a hospital board meeting. Willow reminded Tracy that she held an advisory position on the board now. She was ready to answer any questions the board had about her affordable childcare program. Tracy asked Willow to drop the pure and perfect congresswoman act.

Willow and Tracy went back and forth a few rounds, with Willow claiming innocence against every one of Tracy's accusations. When Chase's name came up, Willow said he was a good man who saw the best in her. Tracy admitted that Chase was a good man. She also wasn't about to let Willow help herself to someone else's husband.

Willow accused Tracy of causing issues for Brook Lynn and Chase's marriage. So, Tracy brought up Willow's cult past. That caused Willow to bring up Edward's fake heart attack and pills. "I get it. You're good by comparison. Prove it," Tracy said. She demanded that Willow just leave Chase alone, but Willow wasn't about to do that.

She then went off on a tangent about Jordan's accident, insisting someone framed her. Suddenly, Willow thought she knew who did it. Surely, it must have been Tracy. As Willow ranted on, Tracy realized that it was Brook Lynn who did the deed.

Josslyn Stands Her Ground

Now that she was finally allowed to see Josslyn, Carly sat by her daughter's bedside while she slept. When Josslyn woke, Carly went into mother bear mode, but Josslyn wanted to apologize. She hated that she had to lock her mom in that room. Carly didn't care because at least it was over and this would all be a distant memory.

Josslyn broke the news that Carly didn't want to hear. She wasn't leaving the WSB. Carly cried as she asked Josslyn why she couldn't leave the WSB behind. "Because I succeeded," Josslyn simply said. Carly said she couldn't bear to lose another child, but Josslyn reminded her that she joined the WSB because of what happened to Morgan.

In Josslyn's mind, she was doing something good for the world. Plus, walking down the street could get her killed, so what's the big deal if she was an agent? Carly didn't like that reasoning, but Josslyn begged her mom to understand that she had a calling.

Josslyn just didn't want to lose her mom over this. The hardest part of the last year had been keeping the truth about the WSB from Carly. Finally, Carly had to accept her daughter's decision. "I do get why you do it, and maybe that's enough," Carly cried. Josslyn also began to cry because hearing that meant so much.

That's when Jack walked in to interrupt the mother-daughter moment he caused by recruiting Josslyn in the first place. Carly refused to leave when Jack asked for a classified conversation, but Josslyn made her see that she had to. Carly left, but not before calling Jack a "son of a bitch."

Is Valentin right about Charlotte? Should someone tell Danny that Josslyn negotiated Jason's release so he stops talking? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
