On the Wednesday, November 4, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Willow threw her weight around with Nina; Lucas and Carly both tried to reason with Joe, Brook Lynn handled Josslyn's DNA, and Jordan suffered a setback.
About Curtis and Jordan

As Jordan lay in a hospital bed with a mask over half her face, she had a nightmare about the crash. Jordan saw herself lean over to kiss Curtis and then crash her car. She startled Michael as she moaned in her sleep. "Michael, oh my God, are you real?" she asked when she saw him.
Michael informed Jordan that she had developed an infection and fever, so her treatments would need to stop. Jordan insisted they had to continue. Michael said that was her choice, but he advised against it because he was worried about her kidney.
Jordan still planned to continue and wondered why Michael was still there. She had sent him home, but he was at the airport when the hospital called, so he cancelled his trip.
At Pentonville, Monet met with Curtis and showed him the Banner story about his heroism. Curtis was pleased with what Monet had pulled off, telling her that she was right. "I'm glad you're happy with the outcome," she said. Monet wanted to know what Jordan thought, but Curtis said he had no idea because he wanted her to focus on her treatments.
Uncle Sonny Time

In Sonny's living room, Sonny gushed over Phoebe when Brook Lynn paid a visit. "I'm glad you invited us over because Phoebe needs your help. We both do," Brook Lynn said. "Thanks to Jude Jacks," Sonny replied, surprising Brook Lynn.
She said she hadn't wanted to agree to a closed adoption, but it was her only option. She couldn't believe that this was happening. "I'm kicking myself for not following my instincts," Brook Lynn said. "Uncle Sonny, Jude might have a legitimate claim on my daughter."
Sonny understood why Brook Lynn was panicked. "I don't know this Jude guy, but I do know his father and he is as bad as they come," Sonny said, alarming Brook Lynn some more. Sonny offered to help Brook Lynn fight for Phoebe and give her whatever resources she needed.
Carly's World

In the PCPD interrogation room, Joe once again asked Carly to explain how her bracelet ended up on Jack's body. Carly just sat there silently. "Can you provide any information about the bracelet at all?" Joe asked. "I can. A simple explanation. It's not my bracelet."
Carly explained that Jack likely gave her the bracelt as a gift, but he had given her lots of gifts. She pointed out that it was a popular jewelry style, so it would be hard to prove that bracelet was hers. "I know you want to solve this case, but you're jumping to a lot of incorrect conclusions, Detective. You want my advice? Start over and let the evidence lead you to the real killer cause it's definitely not me," Carly said.
After Joe left, Josslyn visited with her mom and believed she did not kill Jack. Josslyn knew she was hiding something, so Carly told her she was protecting someone, but not the killer. "You're going to have to trust me on this," she said.
Carly could tell that Josslyn had something on her mind, but Josslyn didn't want to talk about it. Carly coaxed it out of her. She was surprised to learn that Jude even existed. "I think Dad went off on his dream trip and Jude saw the opportunity to seize JJE and he took it," Josslyn assessed.
Jack's Body

At GH, Lucas anxiously texted Joe to come see him at GH. Tristan walked by and noted that Lucas looked stressed. Lucas admitted he was waiting for Jack's final autopsy and tox screen. He was worried about Carly. "My sister was arrested for his murder. She's in custody, but she didn't do it," Lucas insisted.
He asked Tristan to look at the autopsy with unbiased eyes. Tristan agreed to do just that. He walked away in time for Willow to find him and demand that she was pulling him off-duty because she had an assignment for him. Lucas looked at her from the side as if she had two heads.
Tristan pointed out to Willow that she had no authority over him. Willow said his services were cleared through GH and Homeland Security. Lucas and Tristan accused Willow of misusing her power. After Lucas walked away, Willow was pleased that Tristan would cooperate.
"Let me make this clear. I would rather be in a big, black hole at a black site than cooperate with you," he told a perplexed Willow.
Willow finally got serious and told Tristan that she understood that he didn't like her, but her mother was innocent and needed his help. She knew Nina was back in PC and wanted him to examine her because the WSB needed a doctor with clearance. Tristan advised her to just ask nicely and say please. Finally, he agreed to do it.
Lucas was looking at the autopsy report in his office when Joe walked in and said he had no idea his investigation would lead to Carly. Lucas accused Joe of targeting Carly, but then admitted he knew better and didn't blame him for arresting Carly.
He also asked Joe to take a look at the autopsy report. "How did you get your hands on that?" Joe asked. Lucas claimed anyone with a login could access it before telling Joe that there was something he was missing. Lucas pointed out that Jack had alcohol and a sleeping pill in his system that should not mix with alcohol.
"The report said he was fully dressed...socks, shoes, everything, so aside from being in an airplane, why would you take a sleeping pill before you were ready for bed?" Lucas queried.
Nina's Visitor

In her prison visiting room, Nina was pleased with her latte, but wanted to know when she would be released. She was back in Port Charles, but was still not allowed to see her family. Nina tried to keep her cool when she asked if Baines had been investigating Willow.
"There's been a new involvement with the case and I think you'll be pleased to hear that it does not involve your daughter," Baines said. He told her that Jack's body had been found. Nina immediately accused the WSB of killing Jack and using her as a decoy.
Baines explained the details behind the find and that Carly and Valentin had been arrested. Nina assumed Carly had set her up because she had access to the cars at the Metro Court. She assumed that Carly just charmed Valentin into helping her cover it up. "It's what she does, roping men into her schemes," Nina said.
When Tristan arrived, Baines gave them time alone. "Is my daughter all right?" was the first thing Nina asked. Tristan examined Nina and then handed her a lipstick Willow had asked him to give to her mother.
Bad News For Drew

Ava barrelled into Drew's Aurora office to tell him the cops had found Jack's body. Drew called a reporter to find out what was really going on with Jack. Nina grew hysterical as she praised Jack for being a good man. "You're all disgusting, so you can get out of here and take this coffee with you," she cried as she flung her tray across the room.
Baines finally told Nina where Jack's body had been found and who had been arrested. Drew hoped that Nina remained in Steinmauer, but Ava wanted her out. Drew warned Ava that Nina would come for them if she ever found out they framed her.
Drew was soon gleeful after he received a phone call from his reporter, telling him Carly and Valentin had been arrested. "You know, if you had given this a little extra thought, you could have framed Carly from the beginning and spared Nina that stint at Steinmauer," Ava said.
Before they could talk much more, Willow arrived to tell Ava that Nina was back in the States.
