Hospital Happenings With Heather

At GH, Britt was back to being herself after learning that her hot guy was a member of the Jacks clan. Isaiah witnessed her treating the staff horribly again. He sent the nurse who Britt was chastising away and asked her what had happened to the new Britt. "She's gone. You miss her?" Britt asked.

By the soda machines, Britt opened up to Isaiah and told him she had met this great guy, but then she found out who he really was. "Like it always does, reality came along," she said. "I could just be with him and know he wasn't doing a mental checklist of all the horrible things I've done," she said.

Elsewhere, Elizabeth had just walked away from Portia when she spotted Heather and tried to back up. But Heather spotted her and ran into her arms, telling Liz she had moved back to Port Charles. Heather said she was cramping Steven's style and knew she had to go. Elizabeth was honest. "You have to know, there's not a whole lot of people here who would welcome you with open arms," Liz said.

Heather knew this was true. "I caused a lot of damage before I left and I hate that that's the impression I left people with. I am here now and I am going to make some serious amends." She planned to use her lawsuit money to do that. "I am one of the good guys now," she said.

"Absolutely not," Portia said as she approached them. She ordered Heather to leave immediately. Heather apologized for scaring Trina the other night. "I did it with the best of intentions," she said. Portia accused Heather of stalking Trina, but she denied being the culprit. Elizabeth broke up the argument and asked Heather to go. Heather tried to pinky-swear with Portia, vowing that she had nothing to worry about.

After Heather left, Elizabeth tried to play diplomat and tell her friend that they had no control over where Heather lived. Portia was sick of hearing about the cobalt poisoning. As she saw it, Heather Webber killed people because something was wrong with her. Elizabeth reminded Portia that she nearly lost her medical license the last time she went after Heather.

Later, Heather returned to the hospital, but started taking some deep breaths when she saw Britt. "You're a good person who deserves forgiveness," Heather said, as she gave herself a little pep talk. She approached an alarmed and surprised Britt and apologized for nearly killing her. Heather didn't blame Britt for holding a grudge.

So Long, Tracy

In the Q kitchen, Jason told Tracy that her bags were all packed and she was ready to go to Bangkok. Tracy was glad because, "My son Dillon could not have picked a better time to get arrested." Jason offered to put together a team of lawyers for Dillon so Tracy could stay home, but she knew she had to go.

"Leave it to my son to get arrested in a Buddhist monastery," Tracy said. He was filming there without permission. She hated leaving the family now, but Jason promised he'd make sure everything was okay. Tracy worried that Jason would abandon the family for Carly, as she was in trouble with the law again.

"We are besieged from all sides. Willow is living on our property, Michael is gone, and Jerry Jacks' son is trying to steal our beautiful Phoebe," he said. Jason said that Phoebe belonged to Brook Lynn and "that's where she'll be when you get home."

"Go be with your son. Everything will be taken care of. You have my word," Jason said to his grateful aunt. "Thank you. Your parents would be proud," Tracy said. Soon, Serena called with a proposition for Jason and told him that it involved Carly.

At Bobbie's, Serena tried to cheer up Lucy. "I should have just stayed in bed and let the weight of my duvet crush me," she said. Serena told her mother that she was overreacting about the loss of Deception. "Deception is mine. It's all of me. And all it is to them is just some line item on a balance sheet. It would hurt a lot less if I just let them reach into my chest and rip out my heart," Lucy lamented.

"You know what? To hell with Deception. Let those snobs have it," Serena declared to a shocked Lucy. Serena was tired of letting the Qs control things and wanted to start their own cosmetics company. "We start from scratch. We create a mother-daughter company," Serena said. Lucy loved the idea and immediately began thinking of names.

Lucy also knew they needed a fantastic model, but knew Brenda wasn't about to come out of retirement to be the Face of Lucy and Serena's New Cosmetics Company. So, Lucy wasn't sure about a new cosmetics company. She just wanted the upper hand over the Quartermaines. Serena said she could work the Jason angle.

When Jason arrived, Lucy left. Serena told Jason that she had a way to help Carly, but it all depended on him. She'd provide an alibi for Carly for the night Jack disappeared if he'd give her and Lucy full creative control of Deception.

At another table, Emma and Gio searched the web for a connection between Heather Webber and Alan Smith. Emma also didn't find anything. Gio wondered if Heather's return and Trina's stalker were two different situations. Emma didn't agree. "Nothing with Heather is just a coincidence," Emma said.

Emma gave Gio the rundown of every awful thing Heather had ever done. "Heather has a history of doing horrible things, so what if she still blames Trina for Esme's death?" Emma wondered.

In the PCPD interrogation room, Alexis met with Cousin Valentin. Valentin told Alexis that Marty was his lawyer, but so was she. "You're still my attorney of record after trying to buy Wyndemere," he reminded her. Valentin wanted to tell Alexis what was really going on, so he had her make sure the cops weren't recording anything they said.

"I don't think you want to make me a part of this," Alexis said. Valentin got serious and told her that she really, really wanted to, as he thought about his daughter and her grandson. When Alexis made sure nobody was listening, Valentin told her to have Danny contact Charlotte with a message: "Your dad's fine. He will stay fine. Do not reach out to anybody, especially Lulu."

Alexis got blunt. "There isn't a chance I'm going to deliver this message unless I know what it's about," Alexis said. So, Valentin told her. Alexis looked as if she was going to throw up. Alexis finally understood the seriousness of what was going on. They needed to make sure Charlotte did not leave school and return to Port Charles.

Alexis agreed to deliver the message, but also advised him to tell Marty that he should have the charges dismissed for illegal search and seizure. When Joe found the baggie, he violated Valentin's rights.

Sonny Meets Jude

Sonny held court in his living room for Jude. "This gives you the opportunity to kill me and then clean up the mess without anyone being the wiser," Jude said. Jude said he was aware of the animosity between Sonny and his family. "I am keenly aware of the kind of man my father is," Jude said.

"Between the two of us here, I'm the only one with a clean record," Jude said. "Cleaned or cleaned up?" Sonny asked. The two men sat down to talk. Jude thought Josslyn would warm up to him. "No, she's not," Sonny quickly said. "She'll use every tool at her disposal to make your life difficult."

Sonny wanted to team up with Jude to force Josslyn out of JJE. "Once she's gone, the company's open for you to just go in there and take it over. And then you can do whatever you want to do, as long as you stay away from me," Sonny said.

Jude liked the deal, but knew there were more stipulations. Sonny said he wanted his piers back. "Done. They're yours," he said. Then, Sonny got to the other stipulation: "You drop your claim to Phoebe Chase and leave her and her mother alone for good." Jude refused to do that, so Sonny made an emotional appeal, telling him the most loving thing he could do was leave the baby in a loving home.

"Would you do the same if you were in my place?" Jude asked. Sonny couldn't give him a straight answer, so Jude still refused the offer and left.

Who is the better lawyer? Marty or Alexis? Sound off in the comments.
