GH Recap October 12: Josslyn Swipes the Piers From Sonny, Valentin, Selina, and Drew

On the Monday, October 12, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Josslyn played with the big kids, Sidwell lied and denied, Lulu learned she was in major trouble, and Trina was in danger.

At GH, Sidwell denied every word of Lulu's story when Dante questioned him. He claimed he had no memory of speaking with any reporters when he was essentially incapacitated. "All I've been experiencing is extreme pain from your father trying to kill me," Sidwell said.

Dante could only laugh, telling Sidwell that the article was out and tracked with his criminal endeavors, but Sidwell continued to deny, deny, deny. Dante continued to be amused and understood why Sidwell would deny all. "It reads like a confession," Dante said of the article. "A very long, detailed confession."

Sidwell claimed it was a confession done under duress while he was under the influence of many, many legal drugs. "Sounds like a recipe for a truth serum to me," Dante said. He reminded Sidwell that Drew and Willow were witnesses, but Sidwell knew they'd never talk.

Big, Mean Drew

Lulu opened her front door to a very angry Drew. "You working on your next hit piece?" he asked, furious that she handed him a HIPAA waiver under false pretenses. Lulu claimed the story was supposed to be about his hero's journey, but she discovered more info and went with it.

Lulu told Drew this was a chance for him to go on the record about Willow. "Did you know that your wife was drugging you?" Lulu asked. "Did you know that your totally deranged daughter broke into my car?" Drew countered. Since Drew didn't seem to know why Charlotte was in his car, Lulu played dumb.

"Instead of being relieved that the truth about Willow is out, you're in my living room throwing a tantrum," Lulu accused. Drew said it was because Lulu "wrote a bunch of garbage." Lulu reached for her phone to get Drew on the record, but that was when he became threatening.

"You so much as touch that phone and I will crush it with my bare hands," he hissed.

"So rather than focusing your anger and frustration on Willow, who very much deserves it, you're threatening me?" she asked.

Drew just continued to make threats, telling Lulu that Elizabeth and Lucas would also be angry at her. He even accused her of sending Charlotte to break into his car. "Word of advice. You want me to stop threatening you and your family? Then, stay the hell away from mine," he warned, before leaving.

Dante was Lulu's next visitor. She told him about Drew's visit, so he told her about his chat with Sidwell. "He claims he was high on pain meds when you interviewed him and denies everything in the article," Dante relayed to a horrified Lulu.

Preparing for the Piers

Carly and Ezra readied a Metro Court conference room, as Ezra prepared to play auctioneer for the day. As Ezra worried about "dangerous characters" bidding, Valentin appeared for the big event. Carly ran into his arms since this was the first time they had seen each other since he got back from Maine.

Carly also knew that Valentin had put in a bid for the piers and didn't like that he was trying to antagonize Sonny. "I'm just looking for my next business venture," Valentin claimed. Carly had wanted Sonny to get his piers back, but also knew it would make him look like a mobster again.

Super Spy Bond Villain

In a Metro Court hotel room, Josslyn donned all black and placed a listening device in her ear. When Hudson accused her of looking like a Bond villain, she claimed she was only going for a run. He then placed a listening device in his ear. Apparently, she was performing some sort of odd super spy maneuver to make sure she was the winning bid for the piers.

Josslyn planned to be the next person to disable the MC security system, but she had to do it manually from the security room. When she got in, she dismantled the security system so that Hudson could see the other bids and submit a winning one. She did this while her mother and Valentin searched for a place to have sex on the other side of the door.

Sonny's Piers

Ric arrived at Sonny's, ready to help him reclaim his piers on auction day. Sonny was glad to hear his bid was higher than Drew's. Sonny was still upset about Gio moving out because he knew it wasn't just so he could move in with Emma. Ric was surprised to hear that Dante and Gio believe Sonny was behind the Pentonville attack.

Ric suggested that he accept the piers on Sonny's behalf, so it doesn't have to become a public ordeal. But Sonny knew he had to show his face. "I know every inch of these piers and I'm the only person who can keep them safe and out of the wrong hands," he insisted.

When Sonny and Ric arrived at the auction, Sonny said he looked forward to seeing who else was bidding. Right on cue, Brad and Selina walked in. "Now that you know that Jenz Sidwell framed me for burning down your daughter's establishment, I just assumed I was no longer the object of your wrath," Selina told Sonny.

Soon, the players assembled themselves as the silent auction was ready to come to a close. That's when Ezra announced the new owner of the piers. When Hudson walked in, Carly and Valentin knew something strange was about to take place. And that is what indeed happened when Hudson was announced as the new owner of Piers 55 and 56, or rather, JJE.

Stalker Time

At the Cat's Eye Lounge, Emma worried that Gio wasn't ready for his gig. Trina was also a wreck, not knowing what mic to pick out for her voice. When Gio walked off, Emma explained to Trina that Gio wasn't in the best mood because he had just moved out of Sonny's house.

Trina was taken aback when Emma gave her the info, but she still felt bad. "Sonny is a bad person, and I know Gio is better off being as far away from him as possible, but he's still Gio's family," she said. Emma assured Trina that Gio's move was for the best.

Trina's mood brightened when she learned that Gio and Emma had just put money down on an apartment. "No time like the present," Gio said. Emma told her that their apartment was amazing. When they discussed another place that could have had ghosts, Trina spoke of someone watching them all. Later, as Trina and Gio rehearsed, someone mysterious was indeed watching.
