On the Friday, October 2, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Dante, Gio, Trina, Josslyn, Mac, Felicia, Emma, Jordan, and Justine all found a way to come down on Sonny.

Sonny's Broken Heart

Gio listened by Sonny's front door as Dante told Sonny that he didn't believe him. Sonny was furious as well and told Dante to get out of his house. When they noticed Gio, Dante told his son that he was leaving and Gio should leave with him. "Sonny lied to us, all of us, when he said he was leaving the business. You can't have another night in this house with him," Dante said.

Gio said he knew what had happened at Pentonville and asked Sonny if he was responsible. Sonny looked Gio straight in the eye and told him the truth. "I didn't give that order. I didn't want anything to happen to Curtis or Sidwell," Sonny said. Dante chimed in and told Gio about the Pentonville security footage.

Sonny was choked up as he told Gio why he sent Vito to Pentonville. "That's the honest-to-God truth," Sonny insisted. He repeated his explanation that if something had happened to Sidwell, he'd be the main suspect and was trying to avoid that. Dante still begged Gio to come with him.

"Before you put all your faith in him and regret it, learn from my mistake, please, and walk away while you still can," Dante said before walking out and leaving Sonny and Gio alone. Gio was not nearly as mean to Sonny as Dante was. He just relayed Trina's message, asking him not to hurt Curtis.

"You tell Trina that I'm not a threat to her father. Not now, not ever," Sonny said. Sonny was holding back the tears as he insisted he'd never hurt Curtis because he was important to Michael. "I am going to tell you right now that I love your father, but he's wrong about me," Sonny said, prompting Gio to hug his poor, maligned, ex-mobster grandpa.

Chase's Truth

Outside the Q boathouse, Chase asked what Michael and Brook Lynn were fighting about. Michael didn't get a chance to answer because he received a phone call from the German doctor who could help Michael. When Michael walked off, Brook Lynn told her husband that Michael had been giving her unsolicited marital advice.

Brook Lynn tried to remain positive and suggested they get their own place, but just have separate bedrooms for now while they worked things out. "Yeah, that's not happening," Chase said. He felt that they had to work things out on the estate so they didn't disrupt Phoebe's life.

"For better or worse, this is all part of the deal. So, if we are going to fix this, we have to do it around your grandmother, your father, and everybody else," Chase said. After more arguing, Chase admitted that he didn't want to risk her moving out of a new place and accusing Chase of abandonment.

Be Nice to Danny

In the Q kitchen, Lulu rambled on about the horrors of Danny and how wrong he was for hitting Rocco. Tracy just listened as Lulu announced she would press charges and calmly told Lulu what a terrible idea that was. "Unless you want Rocco to never speak to you again," she said.

Tracy tried to make a few jokes about Danny being the better fighter, but Lulu didn't find them to be funny. Lulu called Danny dangerous, so Tracy told her that word was a bit harsh. "If there is a repeat occurrence, patch Rocco up, tell him you love him, and for your own sake, stay out of it," Tracy said.

Tracy reminded Lulu of all her antics as a teen, as well as her arguments with Maxie. She stayed out of things then, just as Lulu should do now. Lulu admitted that she couldn't take it if Rocco stopped talking to her, especially with Charlotte now at boarding school.

Tracy had no idea that Lulu had to send Charlotte away. Lulu said it was a complicated story, but she felt that Danny was the common thread when it came to her kids' problems. "No, the fact that they are teenagers is the common thread, and Charlotte's a handful whether she's got Danny in her life or not," Tracy reminded Lulu.

Tracy went even further. "I assure you. Your kids are not innocent here. When I spoke to Danny earlier, he clammed up. You can bet that was as much about protecting Rocco as it was about protecting himself," Tracy pointed out. Thankfully, Tracy also noted that Danny was a "sweet, caring boy who lost his mother and is still working his way through that."

Sam's The Best

In Lulu's living room, Rocco admitted to Scout that Danny may have thrown the first punch, but he deserved it. Rocco explained that the argument was about Charlotte, but Danny didn't throw a punch until Rocco invoked Sam's name. Scout took a moment and told Rocco that was harsh and he was wrong to have said that.

"In that moment, I wanted to hurt him and I thought of the worst thing I possibly could, so I said it. And that's when he hit me. And he had every right," Rocco admitted.

Scout also told Rocco that Sam never would have sent Danny away. "Don't you remember how awesome my mom was?" Scout asked, reminding everyone that Sam was raising Scout and Rocco as siblings at one time. Rocco admitted that Sam was indeed the best.

Scout mentioned that Sam allowed the kids to be themselves, but Drew was more controlling because he cared too much about what people thought. Rocco asked Scout if she was ever afraid of her dad. Scout said she knew her dad would never hurt her, but he was good at making her feel alone. However, he was her dad and she loved him.

Rocco and Scout then began to make out on the couch just as Lulu approached the porch. She saw them through the window and smiled. When she walked in, Rocco and Scout quickly pretended everything was innocent, so Lulu didn't let them know she saw them.

Everyone Be Mean to Sonny

At the Metro Court Gardens, Emma dined with Mac and Felicia. She couldn't believe Sonny would do such a thing to Trina's dad and knew Gio would have a hard time with this. Mac warned Emma that she'd be a target as long as she and Gio remained in Sonny's orbit.

Soon, Gio stopped by and asked to borrow Emma for a moment. He told her what happened with Sonny and how sincere he seemed. The problem was that Gio wasn't sure whether to believe him or not.

At another table, Justine sat down with Jordan, who was wrong and angry. "Your boyfriend put Curtis in the hospital and I want to know what you plan to do about it," Jordan said. Justine was diplomatic and said that she didn't have much evidence aside from Curtis' statement and she needed more.

Jordan just wanted to know if Justine planned to break things off since he had lied about leaving the mob, in the world according to Jordan. Justine insisted there was reasonable doubt, which just outraged Jordan. Justine said there were many plausible scenarios that didn't involve Sonny at all.

"Wow, Sonny must be one h*ll of a lay," Jordan said, mortifying Justine. "You're turning a blind eye to the fact that Sonny ordered grievous bodily harm on an innocent man," Jordan said. Jordan promised to keep Justine and Sonny's romantic secret, but said that Justine was not who she thought she was if she remained with Sonny.

Before Jordan could say much more, Michael appeared and asked to speak to Jordan alone. Michael told Jordan she needed to get to Germany right away to speak with his doctor. Jordan insisted she couldn't leave Curtis, but Michael finally convinced her to go.

Elsewhere, when Trina arrived home, Josslyn asked her what was wrong. So, Trina told her that her dad had been attacked at Pentonville and insisted that Sonny ordered the incident. Josslyn was outraged, as expected, and now felt she had been right about Sonny all along.

"Sonny's not just going to get away with this, Trina. I don't care what I have to do," our junior super spy declared. Trina and Josslyn spent the next few minutes discussing the horrors of Sonny. "I don't care how many hospital wings Sonny donates. He makes me sick," Trina said.

Sonny at Charlie's

Sonny finally decided to find out what Justine thought, so he arrived at the apartment above Charlie's and immediately began chugging wine. When Justine walked in, she asked him to look her in the eyes and tell her she had nothing to do with the attack at Pentonville.

Will Justine believe Sonny? Is Josslyn being ridiculous again? Sound off in the comments.
