On the Wednesday, October 21, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Britt became the happiest girl in town; Lucy was not happy at all, Tracy had questions, Molly had a dilemma, and Valentin and Anna prepared for therapy.

Deception Deceptions

Serena was surprised when she saw Lucy setting up breakfast for a morning meeting in her office. She had invited Jason to apologize and smooth things over. When Jason arrived, Lucy tried to play the document fiasco as an accident, but Jason knew better.

"I think it's important that we don't have any confusion moving forward. I'm not going to sign over Michael's proxy, so please don't try it again," he said. Lucy implied that Michael might have wanted him to sign. "The Quartermaines don't care about Deception at all and I do," Lucy said.

Lucy suggested that Jason still sign over the proxy, but just for 10 days. Jason accused her of wanting to reorganize the company during that time. Serena told her mother that she had confessed everything to Jason. Lucy still tried to save face, but to no avail.

"So, tell me, how long do I have until Tracy forces me out of my own company?" Lucy asked. Jason once again promised not to tell Tracy what had happened unless she asked.

Tracy Holds Court

In the Q stables, Cody asked for Thanksgiving off, but Tracy refused to give it to him. The family needed him around for any Thanksgiving Day catastrophes that would inevitably occur. Cody put his foot down and refused to take no for an answer. He was going to attend Alexis' Thanksgiving meal with Molly.

After Cody left, Tracy seemed to be holding court in the stables because Jason was the next to arrive. He assured Tracy that he hadn't caught Ned with any cheeseburgers, but he wasn't willing to give up much of his workload.

When Tracy asked how things were going at Deception, Jason said things were fine. So, Tracy asked another way: "Has Lucy Coe tried to take control of Deception?"

Molly's Big News

In Alexis' office, she and Molly went over plans for some shelves that Cody was building. "You might want to make a decision soon because you might not have Cody for your on-call carpenter much longer," Molly said.

Molly explained that she had gotten an offer from a top law firm in Chicago and now had a huge decision to make. "I'd have to leave Port Charles and move hundreds of miles away. But Mom, this is an incredible opportunity for me. How can I possibly turn it down?"

Alexis realized that Molly might have a chance to argue before the Supreme Court if she took the job, so Molly had a big decision to make. She also knew she couldn't ask Cody to move with her. She hadn't even told him about the offer yet. Alexis told Molly to discuss this with Cody just before Cody walked in.

Britt's New Beginning

Britt had no desire to tell him anything about herself and wasn't about to play Twenty Questions over Eggs Benedict. When she left, she hoped he hadn't gone through her purse.

In the hospital halls, Elizabeth told Felicia how much fun she had the night before, but Felicia couldn't help bringing up Britt's antics. "One person's fun is another person's HR nightmare," Felicia said, before they walked into Stella's office. "We have an ongoing problem at this hospital, and it's high time we corrected it," Stella said.

Elizabeth admitted that Britt was a problem, but her patients loved her and she saved lives every day. "As a patient advocate, that's all you can hope for," Felicia said.

Stella explained that Britt was the problem, so Elizabeth defended her, saying that Britt was hurting and had her reasons for acting as she did. After all, she was stressed. "But when Britt is stressed, she has the unfortunate habit of taking it out on her co-workers," Stella said. "If Britt is creating a hostile work environment, then we can't be seen playing favorites or looking the other way."

"Stunner" woke in a Metro Court hotel room next to "Crackerjack" and decided it was time to enjoy themselves before breakfast. After breakfast arrived, "Crackerjack" asked what she did at the hospital. He said he gathered she worked there when she was with the staff the night before.

When Britt arrived at work, she brought pastries for everyone and was beaming. Her co-workers had absolutely no idea what to make of her as she pleasantly greeted them. "Beautiful day out, isn't it?" she said to Elizabeth as she placed her Ecker's box at the nurses' hub.

"About last night...I was definitely bringing the vibe down and I'm really sorry. I promise I will be a lot cooler at the next mixer," she said. Even when Liz told her that she was wanted in Stella's office, Britt remained happy. She sat down with Stella and admitted that the nurses hated her, but maybe it was her own fault.

"I know that my professional relationships need some work and in order to do that, I could really use your help," she said.

Felicia and Elizabeth were stunned when Britt walked out of Stella's office in a good mood and thanked her for bringing matters to her attention. "Aliens. We've got ourselves a pod person situation here. Either Britt was abducted by aliens or possessed by a benevolent spirit, because the person I just talked to was not Britt Westbourne."

Back at the Metro Court, "Crackerjack" extended his stay at the hotel and revealed a gun in his nightstand drawer.

Therapy Time

Anna nervously approached Valentin's front door. He was surprised to see her because he thought they were meeting at the hospital at noon. She thanked him for agreeing to be a part of her therapy, but she had changed her mind. "Anna, I think that is a terrible mistake," Valentin said.

Valentin invited Anna in to discuss. "I was under the impression from Carly that involving me would be crucial to your therapy," he said. Anna said that there may have been certain things that her therapist thought she needed him for, so he asked her what.

"She suggested I bring someone in who knew me and Faison during my early days with the WSB," Anna said. "To try and separate out what was fact and fiction." Valentin knew her choices were him or Robert, but Anna said she didn't want either of them. "Would you want to revisit a past as painful as ours?" Anna asked.

Valentin admitted that he was in awe of Anna at the time, but also obsessed with her. "So no, I do not want to revisit our history, but I'll do that for you," he said. Valentin asked Anna to look him in the eyes and tell him that attending therapy together wouldn't do any good. Anna couldn't do that, so Valentin insisted on going.
