Chase vs. Chase

Brook Lynn met with Ric at the Port Charles Grille to discuss her divorce. Ric thought the pre-nup protected Brook Lynn financially. She explained to Ric that she hired him because she knew he would not bow to Tracy. "I want this done on my terms. Not hers," Brook Lynn said. "Screw the pre-nup. I'm throwing it out."

Ric argued that the pre-nup was there to protect her. She was only concerned that Phoebe had equal time with both parents. Ric warned Brook Lynn she had to ask for more if she wanted to end up at 50/50 custody. Ric also said that Monet would convince Chase to ask for a lot. Ric asked Brook Lynn to let him do the talking at their meeting.

Chase arrived at Monet's office to discuss the meeting with Brook Lynn and Ric. Chase said he wanted the divorce to be amicable. Monet told Chase to drop his "nice guy persona thing" and let her do the talking. "Brook Lynn and I want to end our marriage with as little pain as possible," Chase argued.

"Then I guess you're prepared to give her full custody of your daughter," Monet said. Chase once again stressed that he wanted equal custody. Like Ric, Monet gave Chase the advice to ask for more. She also said that Chase could find a new lawyer if she went into the meeting with one hand tied behind her back.

When Brook Lynn and Ric arrived, Chase was surprised. He told Monet privately that Ric was a shark. Monet told Chase he now knew how serious the negotiation would be. When the meeting began, Monet asked for full custody, plus $20,000/month in child support and $100,000 in alimony.

Monet and Ric argued back and forth, as Chase and Brook Lynn sadly looked at one another. Monet even brought up "the other driver" story and blamed Brook Lynn for Curtis being in jail. As Ric brought up Chase's various PCPD suspensions, Brook Lynn couldn't take it anymore and stopped them. "That's enough. I'm not doing this," she said.

New for Jordan

At the German clinic, Jordan paced and wondered what was taking the doctor so long. "Hang in there. We'll know soon enough whether you've been cleared for treatment," Michael said. They discussed their dinner the night before, but Jordan told Michael that he didn't need to distract her.

Michael said he never had a chance to explore the area the last time he was there, so he was grateful for the chance. He also worried that Jordan would blame him if the doctor couldn't treat her. Later, Jordan got the good news and told Michael she was "in." He grabbed her and hugged her in celebration.

Dilemmas and Decisions

In the Q stables, Cody noted that Molly was being way too quiet and wanted to know what was really going on. Molly broke down and told Cody about her job offer in Chicago. Molly stressed that she hadn't applied for the job. A headhunter had reached out and it was an amazing opportunity. "It sounds perfect. When do you start?" Cody asked.

Molly said that she hadn't accepted the job yet. Cody wanted to know why. Molly said she couldn't leave her parents, but Cody thought they'd understand. Molly asked how he'd feel, so Cody said he'd just move to Chicago with her. He didn't know why that was a question.

Cody said his job was just a job. "Molly, I've lived in a lot of places. I've worked a lot of jobs. I'm sure I can find another one in Chicago," Cody said. "I'm ready to move if you are." Cody reasoned that they could accrue frequent flyer miles, so it was all good. "It doesn't matter where I live. It just matters that we're together," Cody said.

Later, Molly thanked Cody for encouraging her to live her best life. "It made me realize my best life's right here in Port Charles," she said.

Stalker Time

At the Jerome Gallery, Trina walked by Ava so quickly that Ava asked if someone was after her. That prompted Trina to tell Ava what had happened the night before. "I did get dragged out by a man that I barely know to an unknown location under false pretenses last night," Trina said, shocking Ava.

Trina explained the whole story to Ava. "It was Kai's sweet, stupid plan to be romantic, which, eventually, it was," Trina said. Ava felt that Kai had a lapse in judgment, but that Kai was generally a good guy. After Ava presented Trina with a new photo book and left, Trina looked at a photo from her latest batch of roses.

Emma soon arrived. It turned out that Emma had put on her detective hat to learn who was sending Trina flowers, but she had no luck. All she knew was the name "Alan Smith," but that was clearly a generic name. Emma said she could ask her grandmother to help, but Trina said that sending flowers wasn't a crime.

As Emma and Trina searched social media pages for fans, Emma found a fan site for her and Gio. Trina corrected her. "This is not Gio. These are all pictures of me," she said. Trina realized that some of the photos came from her personal social accounts and were years old. She also realized her family and friends had been cut out. "From your biggest fan" was also plastered on the site, alarming both Trina and Emma.

Ava's next stop was the PC Grille, where she ran into Joe. He told her that he'd been wanting to talk to her. "Two workers saw you with Jack Brennan the night he disappeared," he said. He asked what they were talking about, so Ava said it was probably about Nina.

The Britch Has Left the Building

At GH, Britt walked into an exam room to find Lucas hydrating himself with an IV. "What happened to you?" Britt asked. "You did," Lucas replied. Lucas told Britt that they'd all gone back to his place, where he had drunk a little too much. Britt admitted she was a "5-star Britch" last night and even apologized.

They both acknowledged that seeing Jason triggered Britt and Lucas said he should have been nicer to Britt rather than ditching her. "It turns out you did me a huge favor," Britt laughed. Lucas tried to guess what happened to Britt, with no luck. So, Britt finally told him.

"Not everyone finds him as off-putting as everybody else does," Britt said. Lucas realized what she was trying to tell him. "You got laid?" Britt put up four fingers. "FOUR TIMES?!?!?" Lucas exclaimed, "Britt, I need the details." Britt didn't really have any details, so she disappointed Lucas.

Lucas was even more fascinated when he realized Britt didn't even know the man's name. "Dr. Westbourne, did you have anonymous sex?" Lucas asked, gasping. "Dr. Jones, I insisted on it," Britt said, laughing. Britt said the night was transformative. "Oh no, do not tell me you have fallen for your pop-up boyfriend," Lucas said.

Britt insisted she would never see this guy again. "He served his purpose," she said. "Four times," Lucas added. Britt said that the night made her realize how much time she had wasted, believing she was going to die.

"Now, I'm free. My life is my own. I can do what I want. And I know I've made my share of mistakes and sometimes I rub people the wrong way, but that is the old me. Ding-dong, the Britch is dead," she declared.
