GH Recap October 30: Outback Digs Up Jack, Heather Webber Returns

On the Friday, October 30, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Heather revealed herself to be Trina's biggest fan, Outback dug up Jack, Liz wanted to kiss Dante, and Lulu refused to retract her article.

Carly asked Danny to meet her and Valentin at the Quartermaine mansion. When Danny arrived, he asked whether either of them had seen Outback, who was missing. Meanwhile, Outback was at the nature preserve, continuing to dig away at the area where Jack was buried.

Carly told Danny that she spotted him and Charlotte on the Metro Court security footage, showing that they were at the hotel on the night that Jack had gone missing. Danny denied it at first, but Carly told him that he could trust her and Valentin. Danny finally confessed that he and Charlotte found Jack floating in the pool. They could tell he wasn't breathing and they took off in shock.

When they were leaving the Metro Court, they almost ran into Ava and Drew, who didn't see them. Charlotte and Danny waited until Ava and Drew had stepped into the elevator before they came out from the stairwell. Valentin told Danny not to tell anyone that he and Charlotte saw Jack dead in the pool. Valentin also told Danny not to contact Charlotte about it since texts, emails, and phone calls all leave a digital trail. He would contact Charlotte himself.

Just then, Outback entered the Quartermaine living room, carrying something in her mouth. She dropped it on the floor. "Is that a finger?" a stunned Carly asked. She and Valentin went to the nature preserve with flashlights in hand, looking for the body that the finger was attached to. Carly tripped and fell down. She screamed for Valentin as she spotted Jack's hand sticking out from the soil.

Jason questioned Joss about Jude

Jason went to Joss' apartment asking whether her Uncle Jerry had a son named Jude. Joss said yes, he did, but she'd never met him. From what her father, Jax, had told her, Jude was just like Jerry. Joss wanted nothing to do with him. Joss said that Jax gave Jude a chance to do something to prove himself, but Jude did something that Jax couldn't forgive. Jax wouldn't tell her what he did. Joss didn't even know that Jude existed until she was an adult, and Jax warned her not to trust him.

Jason told her that Jude was in Port Charles and came to the Quartermaine mansion. Could she possibly call Jax for information about Jude? Joss said that Jax was unreachable. Jason wondered whether Jude had some kind of leverage that he could possibly use to get Phoebe.

Joss and Jason agreed that Jude is probably looking for more than just a payoff from the Quartermaines. Joss told Jason that she would ask Jax's lawyers whether Jude is mentioned in his estate plans, and she is also going to find out whether the WSB has a file on him. Jason said he would make sure that Jude stays away from Phoebe.

Dante and Liz had a moment

Dante and Liz continued to make cupcakes for Liz to take to the community center. When he pointed out that she had frosting in her hair and on her face, he wiped it off and he looked like he was about to kiss her when the doorbell rang. It was trick-or-treaters. Liz went to answer the door to hand out the Halloween candy to them.

When she got back, Dante offered to take the cupcakes to the community center for her. She appreciated that, and they had another close moment where he placed a cupcake in her hand. His hand lingered there for a few seconds, and they shared a long look before he pulled his hand away.

Before he left for the community center, Lucas rang the doorbell. He had a bottle of wine in his hand, and he just wanted to spend some friend time with Liz. As Dante left, he and Liz shared another lingering look at each other, which Lucas noticed.

Lucas asked Liz what that was about, but Liz said it was nothing. She admitted to him that she and Dante had a moment earlier when they were baking cupcakes, and she was tempted to kiss him. She assured Lucas that Dante was just a friend and that she was happy with Ric. Just then, Ric rang Liz's doorbell (after his meeting with Lulu), and Liz gave him a big kiss.

Ric met with Lulu at Cafe Cherie and told her that his talk with Alexis didn't go as he had hoped. He couldn't persuade her to convince Monet to get Willow to drop the case. He told Lulu that since she is an investigative journalist, then her best hope for a win would be if she investigated and proved that what Sidwell claimed was true. If she could do that, then they might not have to bring the case to court at all. If they had to go to court, then he wasn't entirely sure they could win, especially since Willow has clout as a congresswoman. Also, Sidwell is a convicted criminal who was heavily medicated at the time of the interview. Ric said he would do his best in court, but he advised her to prepare for the worst.

After Ric left to go to Liz's house, Dante met Lulu and suggested that she print a retraction. He told her that she didn't have a legal leg to stand on. She was putting Liz and Lucas in a difficult position because they would have to testify at the trial. Lulu understood, but she told Dante that she wasn't giving up. She wasn't printing a retraction. As she left, she told Dante he had something on his sleeve. It was the frosting from his cupcake-baking session with Liz. He flashbacked to when he brushed the frosting off of her face and nearly kissed her.

Jude needs Alexis' help

Alexis told Jude that she wanted nothing to do with Jerry or him. She would be happy to give him a referral. Jude refused. He was trying to get his daughter back. He mentioned that Jerry had told him that when one of Alexis' daughters was young, Alexis had to fight tooth and nail to keep her in her life. So, he figured that she would understand what he's going through now with his own daughter.

Jude explained to her that he had wanted a family of his own, but he wasn't in a relationship at the time. Delilah Wilson offered to help him by way of in vitro fertilization. He said that after the procedure was done, it was proven that he was Phoebe's biological father. But Alexis told him that the man who was proven to be the biological father had taken tests that were proven conclusive, so Jude couldn't be Phoebe's father. Jude assumed she was talking about Ethan Lovett.

Jude said that Ethan was a con man and was not Phoebe's biological father. Jude insisted that he was her father, and he wanted custody of his daughter. He suggested that he take a paternity test, but Alexis said that Brook Lynn and Chase would not allow a sample of DNA to be taken from Phoebe for the test. Jude insisted that he wanted his daughter. As he walked out the door, his last words to Alexis were, "My dad says hi."

Trina and Gio Meet Heather

Trina arrived alone at the Cat's Eye Lounge and found yet another bouquet of flowers from her biggest fan. She was startled and turned around to find Kai. Gio and Emma followed. They were all concerned about the fact that there was no one in the place, and especially on Halloween night. They were also a little spooked that this was the third bouquet from Trina's biggest fan.

When Patty, the proprietor, said they were only booked to play for an audience of one that night, they wanted to leave. Patty told them that the person had already paid for the performance in full. Gio and Trina had signed a contract. If they left, then Patty would sue them.
