GH Recap September 17: Drew Spills ALL to Ava as the WSB Extradites Nina

On the Thursday, September 17, episode of General Hospital, Ava got an earful about what her BFF has been up to, Jordan took some accountability, Curtis took no accountability, and Nina found herself in the worst trouble of her life.

No Vacation for the Weary

Justine met with Sonny at the apartment above Charlie's, where he questioned her about Nina. Justine said the WSB was handling things, not her. There was nothing she could do to help her. Sonny insisted he had no intention of asking for that, even if Nina was his ex-wife.

Sonny admitted he still cared for Nina, but was extra concerned because she was now tangled up with the WSB. Justine told Sonny that local and federal law enforcement couldn't help Nina. This was all in the hands of the WSB. Justine then changed the subject and told Sonny that she couldn't go away with him.

Sonny thought it might have been a scheduling problem, but Justine admitted she didn't feel comfortable going due to her career and his former career. Sonny said that he understood. Justine stressed that she could never go away with him because Robert Scorpio was officially stepping down and she was going to run for district attorney.

Mother-Daughter Time

Carly had Josslyn over for breakfast so she could question her about what had happened at the Brown Dog with Emma. "It's clear that she blames you for what's going on with Anna. As a mother, I want to make sure that you're not blaming yourself," Carly said.

Carly admitted that she was worried that Josslyn could end up like Anna, who was one of the strongest people she knew. Like Valentin, Josslyn tried to explain that Anna was a different case because of Faison. Josslyn pointed out that she was on leave from the WSB, so Carly shouldn't worry so much.

Carly accused Josslyn of lying and then informed her that she already knew that JJE was her assignment because Jack had told her. Josslyn was relieved that Carly hadn't told anyone else about this. The subject turned to Jack's disappearance. Josslyn was surprised to learn that her mother had pointed the WSB in Nina's direction.

Drew Spills All

Ava came barreling into Drew's house, demanding answers about Nina. "They handcuffed her and dragged her away right in front of me," she said. Drew noted that he had enjoyed watching the video. Drew played dumb and denied framing Nina, but Ava didn't buy it.

Finally, Drew admitted that Nina was arrested because of him. "I just needed a little insurance policy," Drew said. "I may have stashed Brennan's wallet in Nina's car." Ava was horrified. "She's my friend. And you framed her for the murder of a man she cared about," Ava said.

Ava continued: "Nina warned me about you. She said that you were nothing but an evil, narcissistic backstabber." Drew said he had been called far worse, so he asked if Nina had mentioned that she tried to kill him. Ava surmised that Nina was the person who shot Drew, but Drew told her that it was Willow. Nina was the one who shoved his wheelchair into the lake.

"And you could suddenly walk again? The magical powers of the Quartermaine Lake suddenly made you whole? Come on," she said. So, Drew told Ava all about the stroke-inducing paralytic drug. "Are you telling me that you never had a stroke?" Ava asked.

Ava was still skeptical about everything that Drew had told her when she left. Once alone, Drew voiced his next goal: "Oh, Nina. I told you I’d get even. And your daughter is next."

Bye, Nina...

In the PCPD interrogation room, Nina lost it on Agent Baines. She told him that being kept there all night without a lawyer was a violation of her rights. Baines informed Nina that she was in WSB custody and therefore did not have the rights she thought she had.

In the bullpen, Ric demanded to see Nina and was angry that the PCPD was stopping him. Dante sent him to talk to Baines, who had exited the interrogation room. Baines allowed him to see Nina, who told Ric that this was all just a huge misunderstanding. Ric suggested asking Congresswoman Willow for help, but Nina didn't want to tarnish her public image.

Baines soon returned to show Nina his evidence and asked her if she recognized it. Nina said she did not. "It's Jack Brennan's wallet, which we found under the seat in your car," Baines said, surprising Nina and Ric. Nina insisted that Jack had never been in her car. Baines didn't think he had to be for the wallet to get there.

Ric insisted that Nina keep her mouth shut while he dealt with things. Nina was a complete mess as Baines told her that he had enough evidence to extradite her. Nina came undone and went off, so Ric asked to speak to her alone. Nina was sure she was being framed, but she had no idea who did it.

Baines didn't care. He had what he needed, so he told Dante he was extraditing Nina to a WSB facility. Ava walked in to see her friend be carted away for a crime Ava committed.

About Jordan and Brook Lynn

Trina ran into Curtis' arms at Pentonville. Curtis insisted he was fine, but Trina hated seeing him there. "You'd be home with my brother right now. If it wasn't for Brook Lynn," she said. "I just feel so stupid for not seeing what a liar she was." All Curtis could say was, "She's a Quartermaine."

Curtis and Trina went back and forth talking about how horrible Brook Lynn was for nearly being killed so Curtis could kiss his girlfriend. Trina felt that Brook Lynn would have stopped if she had known there would be an accident, but she didn't come forward, so Curtis was angry. So was Trina, who also believed that Brook Lynn had only offered her a recording contract out of guilt.

Curtis tried to convince Trina that she had a gift and shouldn't give up her singing career because of what had happened with Brook Lynn. "Don't throw all that away because of what happened to me," Curtis said.

Lucy and Brook Lynn met at the Metro Court Gardens for breakfast. Brook Lynn had a cold look on her face, so Lucy knew she was in trouble. Brook Lynn informed Lucy that she "totally screwed me over." Lucy said she hadn't known that Brook Lynn was "the other driver."

Brook Lynn didn't care and was angry that Lucy had gone back on their deal. Lucy said she did her part and would not give back Brook Lynn's Deception stock. The two women argued back and forth for a bit, with Brook Lynn saying she thought that Lucy would be a better liar. Then, Serena happened by and asked what was going on.

"What's up is that your mother's a liar who cheated me out of half of my Deception shares," Brook Lynn said. Serena sat down to play mediator between her mother and Brook Lynn. Lucy offered to smooth things over between Brook Lynn and Chase. Oddly, Brook Lynn suddenly decided that she needed to face the people who nearly killed her, whom Brook Lynn called "the people I hurt."

By some miracle, the woman who nearly killed Brook Lynn was pragmatic. Brook Lynn found Jordan in the Aurora office and apologized, but Jordan admitted that she was the one who took her eyes off the road and Curtis was responsible for his own actions. At least someone said it.
