On the Wednesday, September 3, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Drew and Ava buried a body, Josslyn reported a missing agent, Anna brushed up on her shooting skills, and Danny was in big trouble.
Target Practice

Valentin and Anna met up at the shooting range to get a little target practice in. Valentin thought Anna should get back to her roots. "Besides, it's just a target. It's not people," he said. Valentin told Anna that he may have had spina bifida, but he was a great shot by the time he got to the WSB academy. Then, he met Anna and knew she was better.
Anna knew Valentin was trying to challenge her, so she showed him what she could do. Anna did an amazing job shooting, earning compliments from Valentin. But she was still humble and thought that she was not the same woman Valentin knew back then. That was before she had met Faison.
Valentin reminded Anna that she was alive and Faison was dead. "Then why is he so alive in my memory?" a frustrated Anna asked. "That's what makes me vulnerable to people who want to follow in his footsteps."
"Like Cullum and Sidwell," Valentin asked. "Like Cassius and Britt," Anna declared. She was angry at herself for allowing Cassius to con her. Valentin reasoned that he had fooled everyone. "I'm not supposed to be everyone," Anna argued.
Valentin got frank with Anna, telling her Cullum was the monster. His cold fusion quest was the reason Valentin was willing to risk going to Z. "I don't know Britt. I don't know Cassius, but I do know that Cullum is the one who traumatized you and he's dead. So is Cassius, for that matter. They can't hurt you. Not anymore," Valentin insisted.
Valentin asked Anna for a drink, but she wanted to shoot some more. So, he offered to stay and drive her home. Anna said she didn't need a babysitter and they should leave things as good friends.
Old Friends

Britt and Lucas caught up at the Metro Court bar. He was supposed to meet Aunt Ava, but he was a no-show, so Lucas wanted Britt's company instead. Britt was thrilled to hear that Lucas had gotten his own place, and even further surprised to learn that he had a roommate.
"The cop?" Britt exclaimed. "I'm sorry, but that guy's a total jerk," Britt told Lucas about the time that Joe had interrogated her for no reason, told her she was free to go, and then handed her a five-dollar bill. Lucas didn't see that as such a big deal. The two friends got a few more laughs out of Britt's tale of trying to take a bus with that money.
Britt told Lucas that he was being a doormat by letting Joe live with him. "I'm not a doormat. I'm a decent person," Lucas said. Britt pegged Joe as a squatter. "Squatters always want to stay on your good side," Britt warned. Finally, Britt decided to be positive and hoped that hers and Lucas' luck was starting to change.
Britt explained that Jason had been different since his return. "It feels like he finally has room for me in his life and I have room in mine," she smiled.
Panic Time

At the Q boathouse, Charlotte freaked out when she realized her bracelet was gone and that she had last seen it at the pool. Charlotte wanted to go back and find it, but Danny stopped her. He was sure the place was crawling with cops by now.
Charlotte also freaked out about Chase's truck. Just then, Outback ran in, followed by Chase, who said he had found the suspects. Chase explained that he was dog-sitting while Cody and Molly were away. The teens played dumb when Chase mentioned the issue with his truck. "It was me, Chase. I borrowed your truck," Danny sheepishly confessed. Needless to say, Good Cop Chase was appalled at such a crime.
Chase accused Danny of taking Brook Lynn's SUV months ago, but Danny insisted that wasn't him. The boat and truck "borrowing" was, however.
Musical Interlude

At the Cat's Eye Lounge, Josslyn was distracted by a text Jack must have sent before he died. He wanted to know if they were still on for their meeting. There was no answer, so she hung up. Hudson couldn't imagine why Josslyn ran out so quickly.
As for the musicians, Trina and Gio received accolades from their loved ones. Gio was concerned that Simon left early, but Brook Lynn assured him that they loved everything.
Since Josslyn was gone, Hudson joined Brook Lynn, who had just put in a call to check on Phoebe. As part of their small talk, Hudson asked all about the baby. "I could talk about Pheebs all night," Brook Lynn said. "Please do," Hudson responded. Brook Lynn marveled at how wonderful her life was.
Search and Rescue

In Jack's Metro Court hotel room, Jason assessed the condition of the room and concluded that anyone who broke in did it in a hurry and ran. He wondered if Valentin had been there, but Carly insisted he would have done a cleaner job. "He could have planted the virus on your computer," Jason said, but Carly defended her man.
"He was with me...searching Drew's office," she said. Jason was furious because he had been trying to make peace with Drew for Danny's sake. Carly thought that was a fruitless endeavor. As they bickered, they heard a knock on the door. Thankfully, it was just Josslyn.
Carly let her in and told her daughter that they were checking on Jack due to someone shutting down the security system. Josslyn assessed that Jack was the target. He never returned her messages or showed up for their meeting. "He has a protocol about these things. He would never just ghost me," Josslyn said.
Josslyn learned that the black box was still in Jack's office and realized that someone may have gone after Jack. Carly asked if she was going to report this news to the WSB. So, Josslyn did just that.
Buried Bodies

Drew and Ava drove Jack's body out to land adjacent to the Q estate. Drew decided it was the perfect place to bury a WSB agent's body. They were right by the crypt, so it was appropo. "It's nature preserved now, which means they can't find a body here," he said.
Ava suggested just going to the pine barrens, but Drew thought that was too far away. What if they got pulled over and a state trooper found the body? So, Ava and Drew got to digging and arguing. Ava couldn't believe that she even let Drew talk her into this mess.
Ava was terrified that the WSB would find Jack's body and that would be the end of them, but a cocky and overconfident Drew was sure that nobody would ever find Jack Brennan. When the hole was dug, Drew kicked Jack into his grave, but Ava said a few words before they left, telling Jack how sorry she was that this had happened. They then took a moment of silence before finishing the job.
After they left, Outback came upon the scene. He knew there was a body there and started to dig. Charlotte found him and led him away on the leash.
As for Ava and Drew, they settled in at the Metro Court, looking like they were on a dinner date. They also made sure that Lucas and Britt saw them. Lucas chastised Ava for being late, so Drew left and said he was sorry for monopolizing his aunt's time. And Britt? She got a call from Anna asking her to meet her the next day to give her information about Cassius.
Who will rescue Britt from Anna? Will anyone find Jack's body? Sound off in the comments.
