GH Recap September 21: Willow Offers the WSB Anything, Valentin Learns the Truth About His Daughter

On the Monday, September 21, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Valentin gave Willow some advice, Carly took Charlotte to task, Britt lamented, and Anna got some excellent news.

Willow left a message for Agent Baines, demanding he call her back by the end of the day. When she hung up, Valentin appeared at Willow's behest. "If your goal is to free your mother from the WSB, I don't think that phone call is the best way to do it," he said. Willow insisted that Nina had been framed. "And who would do that? Drew, perhaps?" Valentin asked.

Willow played dumb, as always. "Do you think Drew has a motive to frame my mother?" she asked. "Well, I think considering you and Nina were injecting Drew and keeping him in a locked-in state, I'm gonna say yes," Valentin deadpanned. Willow could only say, "Did my mother tell you that?" Valentin told her she didn't have to confirm or deny, but it certainly gave Drew motive.

Willow picked up the phone to tell the WSB that Drew framed Nina, but Valentin stopped her. He told Willow the best way to deal with the WSB was with kindness. "The only way you're going to help your mother now is to help the WSB," Valentin said. He advised that she offer the WSB something it would find valuable. "It's time you up your game and become indispensable to the WSB," he added.

Willow took Valentin's advice and put on her signature sweet as honey act when Baines popped in to discuss Nina. "What does the WSB need from me to ensure my mother is returned to Port Charles...immediately?" she asked.

Rescue Me

In the Metro Court Gardens parking lot, Charlotte waited in Drew's car for him to show, making sure to expose her spaghetti-strap camisole. Suddenly, Scout opened the door and asked why Charlotte was in her dad's car. "You need to leave right now," Charlotte said. "I'm doing this for you."

Rocco then opened the other door and told his sister to get out of the car. It turned out that Danny had texted them to stop her from making a massive mistake. Charlotte explained it was all a ploy to get Drew to allow Danny and Scout to see one another. Scout wondered how Charlotte planned to get Drew to do that.

Charlotte pulled Rocco to the side and told him about her crazy plan, which clearly was a crazy plan. He grabbed Charlotte's phone and told his sister they were all leaving, but Charlotte insisted this was "the only way," confusing Scout. Before they could argue much more, Carly showed up and asked what was going on.

Scout admitted she had found Charlotte in Drew's car, so Charlotte claimed that she had just wanted to drive it and get it all muddy as a prank. Charlotte tried to chalk it up to nothing, but Carly was appalled. She told Charlotte she could have been charged with grand theft auto.

As Carly chastised Charlotte, Rocco just came out with the truth and told Carly what Charlotte had really been up to. As Charlotte tried to defend herself, Carly took the girl back to her office. Charlotte thought she was perfectly justified in what she was doing. She was trying to help Scout and Danny.

Carly understood Charlotte's motives, but she was not off the hook because so many things could have gone wrong. Carly told Charlotte that her scheme sounded like something Carly would have done when she was younger, when she would hurt people by using her sexuality.

Charlotte asked Carly not to tell her dad what had happened, but Carly practically laughed that suggestion off. She called Valentin while he was in Willow's office and told him there was an issue with Charlotte. Valentin rushed right over and was shocked to hear what Charlotte had done.

Rocco and Scout went to the Surf Lodge, where they blamed Danny for not taking care of the Charlotte problem. Scout lamented that everyone seemed to hate her dad. Rocco felt Drew was misguided and just trying to protect Scout. He reminded Scout that even Danny didn't like Charlotte's plan.

"You know, my dad is convinced that everyone is out to get him," Scout said. Then, she had a moment of realization: "You know what? They kinda are." Scout hated being in the middle and especially hated keeping her budding romance with Rocco a secret.

Back at the stables, Cody chastised Danny for trying to steal a car again, but he insisted that he had to stop a friend from doing something completely stupid. Cody was sure that Danny had to be tricking him just so he could get out of cleaning the stables. Just then, Danny received a text that Rocco had found her. That meant he could stay and do his chores.

As Danny swept the stalls, Cody asked if something was wrong with Scout. He had heard from Molly that Alexis was having problems with Drew. "It seems like my problems with Drew just keep spreading and making everything worse for everyone else," Danny lamented. Cody suggested just playing by the rules so that the Quartermaines would go to bat for him with Drew.

Good News For Anna

At GH, Isaiah approached a forlorn Britt in the break room. He offered her a listening ear, so she took it and opened up to him about some of what had happened with Sidwell, Cullum, Anna, and Jason. Isaiah understood from his time with Sidwell that Britt may have been in an out-of-control situation. He understood that she was in survival mode.

Jason stopped by Anna's place at her invitation. She asked how Britt was. Jason told her that Britt was shaken up, but otherwise okay. Anna was surprised to hear that Jason refused to help Britt turn Anna in to the authorities. Anna told Jason he shouldn't have done that. "I tried to kill Britt. She has every right to go to the PCPD," Anna stated.

Jason agreed, but he didn't want to have any part of it. Anna understood that Britt could be psychologically scarred from what she had done, but Jason figured she was strong and could handle it. Anna was sure that the WSB would take her to a facility, so Britt should be able to feel safe again soon.

"My actions were both dangerous and deranged. If you hadn't found us when you did, I could have killed Britt," Anna said. But her main concern was for Emma not to take things out on Josslyn. She also wanted Josslyn not to blame herself when the WSB came for Anna. She hoped that Jason could smooth things over with the girls. "I need you to make them understand — especially Emma — exactly what I did to Britt," she said.

Soon, Agent Baines arrived to talk to Anna. He asked Jason to stay, as well. Anna assured Baines that she had taken a leave of absence from the PCPD and would be seeking mental health treatment. "I am fully prepared to hand myself over to you, Agent Baines, and face the consequences of my actions," Anna said.

Anna was surprised to hear that Baines was going to allow her to seek treatment on her own. All Anna had to do was sign an NDA forbidding her from making the cold fusion Spoon Island mess public. Anna signed in a flash.

When Baines left, Anna was sure this had happened because Britt hadn't pressed charges. She asked Jason to thank Britt for her, but he broke the news that they had broken up.
