GH Recap September 25: Curtis and Sidwell Take a Prison Beating, Charlotte's Going to Boarding School

On the Friday, September 25, 2026, episode of General Hospital, a lot happened, as Pentonville got ugly, Valentin swallowed his pride, Sonny bent the truth, Josslyn chewed out Michael, and Jordan very reluctantly spoke with her sister.

Chase vs. Chase

In the Q solarium, Hudson helped Brook Lynn bring a pack and play down from upstairs, as she held Phoebe. He said he was there to see Josslyn, but she wasn't there; at least he ran into Brook Lynn and had a chance to see the baby. He even set up the pack and play, impressing Brook Lynn.

As the three played peek-a-boo, Chase appeared. Hudson made himself scarce so Chase could tell Brook Lynn that he had moved back in. "I thought it would be best to be close to Phoebe, so Tracy's letting me stay in the east wing," he said. Brook Lynn knew that Chase's lawyer decided he should move back.

"You just positioned yourself for custody? You need to tell me, Chase. You owe me the truth," she demanded. Chase didn't think he owed her the truth after what she did, which was hitting a guardrail to avoid being killed.

Sibling Troubles

Michael met up with Josslyn at the Metro Court Gardens. He wanted to make sure she wouldn't be moving out of her apartment because he wanted her on the Q property. "I need another set of eyes on Willow and Chase," he said. He explained the situation, as well as his and Tracy's plan to get Chase to commit adultery.

Josslyn hated the idea. "What about your cousin? Brook Lynn is in love with Chase. They have an adorable little baby together," she rightfully pointed out. When Michael got serious, Josslyn grew more ticked off. "You know who you sound like? Drew," she said. "You're acting like Brook Lynn's family is a game of chess, Michael. You're better than that."

In another part of the restaurant, Jordan spoke to her sister for the first time in a very long time. "I haven't spoken to you in years and the first thing you do is take a shot at me," she said. Jordan and Monet sparred for a bit, but then sat down. "I may as well find out what you're doing here," Jordan said.

Monet made a few more rude comments about Jordan's scar. Jordan explained she had not been cleared for surgery yet, but no surgery was a guarantee anyway. "Must have been some accident. Unless you did it to yourself on purpose. But you always craved attention, didn't you?" Monet remarked.

Jordan was stunned and displeased to learn that her sister had already moved to Port Charles to join Miller & Davis. She had hoped that she was just visiting. Jordan hadn't even known that Monet was a lawyer. "There is no way that it's a coincidence that you decided to settle in my city," Jordan accused.

Monet denied the accusation. "I just figured if we were going to be living in the same town, I should let you know. It's the least you deserve," she said. After Monet suddenly left, Michael sat down. "Nobody knows how to get under your skin like a sister," Jordan remarked. Michael looked back at Josslyn, who had just rightfully chewed him out for promoting adultery.

Sonny's Denials

In the apartment above Charlie's, Justine was kicking herself for being so careless that she allowed Jordan to spot her kissing Sonny. "We never should have kissed in public. It was reckless," she exclaimed. Sonny noted that they thought they had been alone.

He also pointed out that Jordan was Justine's friend. "She is and that's the only reason that kiss didn't end my career," Justine said. Sonny just thought they needed to be more careful in the future. "It's a good thing you're not an alleged crime boss anymore. That is, if you are telling me the truth," Justine added.

"You should trust me the way you trust Jordan. I am not going to break the law and I don't want to end this," Sonny said. Justine also didn't want it to end. She wanted to believe he had gone legit. Sonny promised her that for the first time in a long time, he was being completely honest with someone.

Bad News in Jail

At Pentonville, Sidwell lay on his cot reading a book. When Curtis appeared, he told him he needed to go see the warden. "Another inmate warned me not to come back to my cell this afternoon. It must mean they are planning something against you," Curtis warned.

Sidwell wasn't about to leave. Curtis told him he was taking a huge risk. "Which is why I will pay you handsomely to watch my back," Sidwell said. He would get his contacts on the outside to pay Curtis to be his bodyguard. Curtis had no desire. "I only warned you because I want no part in what's coming down the pike," Curtis said.

When it came time for the beating, Sidwell was pretty roughed up as one inmate pulled out a knife. When Curtis saw that, he put a stop to things. The inmate who had given Curtis a warning said they now had a problem, as another inmate aimed the knife at Curtis. By the time the inmates left, both Sidwell and Curtis were a bloody mess on the floor. The inmate who warned Curtis said, "Sonny Corinthos owes you this and more."

Valentin's Decision

In Carly's kitchen, Valentin was in a very somber mood regarding Charlotte. "I know it's going to kill me, but Charlotte can't live with me anymore," he told Carly. However, he knew that she'd manipulate Lulu, as well. "She needs a stricter environment," he said.

Carly was surprised when Valentin said he didn't want Charlotte around Danny anymore when he had told Jason the opposite. Valentin had changed his mind. Carly was further shocked when Valentin dropped the bomb that he was sending Charlotte to boarding school. After all, she had already spent time living at school in Switzerland.

Valentin gave Carly yet another surprise when he said Lulu never had to learn about the incident in Drew's car. Carly reasoned that she was going to find out soon. Carly knew that Valentin just wanted to save face with Lulu. "You dismissed Lulu's concerns about Charlotte. You were wrong. Own it," Carly said.

Lulu answered her front door to Jason, who was there at Lulu's behest. She wanted to talk about Danny and Charlotte. "I worry they bring out the worst in each other," she said. Olivia had informed her about Danny and Charlotte borrowing Chase's car. Jason apologized for not telling her himself.

Lulu worried that Charlotte and Danny pushed the limits and were reckless. Jason agreed. So, Lulu asked Jason to have her back when she talked to Valentin again. Soon, Valentin showed up, so Jason left. Lulu was surprised when Valentin seemed to acquiesce that Danny and Charlotte were a problem together.

Valentin bit the bullet and told Lulu about the Drew incident. Lulu nearly had a (non-drug-induced) stroke when she heard the news about Drew and her daughter. Valentin looked like he was going to pass out as he explained it all, finally declaring, "We need to keep Charlotte away from Drew...and Danny Morgan," Valentin said.

Valentin was the most humble he had ever been as he apologized to a blown-away Lulu, but she was further blown away when Valentin mentioned boarding school.

Jason went straight to Carly's house to tell her about his conversation with Lulu. He needed Carly's advice on how to make sure Danny and Charlotte didn't cross any lines, so she told him that "Danny and Charlotte are well past the line."

Charlotte's Moment of Truth

Outside the Q boathouse, Charlotte thanked Rocco for completely screwing up her life. Charlotte demanded that Rocco give her his phone so she could text Danny, but Rocco refused. He tried to bring home to Charlotte the gravity of what she had done, but she still didn't see the big deal.

Rocco was taken aback when an observant Charlotte accused him of getting her out of that car to look good in front of Scout. Rocco didn't deny that he cared for Scout, but he didn't have a chance to say much more because Lulu called and asked him to bring Charlotte home to talk.

Rocco did just that. When Charlotte saw Valentin, she realized her mom knew what she had done. She swore it would never happen again. "I know it won't. Because you're going to boarding school," Lulu announced.
