The producers of the Daytime Emmy Awards have finalized the list of presenters for the kudos fest, set to take place on Friday, October 30, and Soap Central has the scoop on who will be seen on the big night! It's not just stars and nominees from current soaps attending, either! The show has invited some actors and Daytime Emmy-winners from canceled soaps, All My Children, Another World, As the World Turns, Guiding Light, One Life to Live, Passions, and Santa Barbara to honor the gone (but never forgotten) serials!
And the Daytime Emmy Goes to
The 53rd Annual Daytime Emmys are set to take place on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Palladium in Hollywood. The show will stream live on the NATAS (National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences) YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@theemmys) and on watch.theEmmys.tv.
NATAS has partnered with Extra, the TV news magazine show hosted by Derek Hough (Dancing With the Stars), to present five nights of dedicated Daytime Emmy segments that will lead up to the ceremony. Hough is set to present during the show. Terri Seymour is set to host coverage throughout the evening.
According to a press release, Matthew Hoffman (Love Island USA; Cheap A$$ Beach Houses) will serve as the ceremony’s Voice of God, bringing his signature comedic narration to the evening’s celebrations.
