According to SoapSteph’s Daytime Dish newsletter, Elliott Carr will appear in the June 1st episode. He will not share scenes with Finn, but he hopes to do so in the future. Finn was over the moon when he first heard the news, and he startled his TV parents, Alexa Havins (Lulu Spencer) and Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri), who were with him at the time. "Funny story — when I found out Elliott was joining GH, I literally jumped out of my chair and screamed,” Finn said.

"Finn has developed such a great rapport with all the cast and crew that I felt welcomed and accepted just by being his brother," Elliot says.

Finn began acting as a youngster with his first TV role as a 4-year-old on the TV Land series Hot in Cleveland in 2014. Around the same time, Elliott played a character called Chaz on an episode of Mighty Med, which was a Disney Channel series that featured two teenage boys and a secret hospital for superheroes.

Elliott Carr has one other acting role listed on his IMDb page. He played a young Marine in an episode of NCIS: Origins in 2025.

Finn Carr has played Rocco since 2022. Currently, Rocco is going through a lot of trauma after shooting WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to save Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) life. He is keeping it a secret from Dante while watching Jason’s son, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), struggle with the fact that he may never see his dad again.

On the April 21 episode of GH, Rocco had a friendly chat with Cullum in his hospital room while he continued his community service by giving the injured WSB director an extra pillow. Cullum has no idea that Rocco was on Pier 55 that night or that he was his shooter.

Rocco’s surrogate mother, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), saw this going on and pulled Rocco out of the room, to Cullum's dismay because he wanted some company. Later, in the GH chapel, Rocco confided in Britt that he was the one who shot Cullum.

Finn Carr has been thrown into the deep end with this storyline, and the talented young star has been sharing behind-the-scenes photos and promoting the show on his X (formerly Twitter) account.
