General Hospital Hot Plots June 22 to 26: Carly's Big Confession, Willow's Big Surprise, Anna's Big Return

General Hospital has multiple stories taking on all new layers the week of June 22 to 26, 2026. Carly is left to her own devices with Valentin gone, Brook Lynn's big plan starts to take flight, and we finally see Anna again after all these months.

With Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Cassius (Ryan Paevey) clashing in Wyndemere's basement, the novice WSB agent is running out of time, but at least her mother is hot on her trail trying to figure out how to get her out of there.

Carly (Laura Wright) can't just sit around and do nothing while Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is in Switzerland, so she is set to make a major confession. Does Carly go to Sonny (Maurice Benard) for help, which means she will have to tell him that she's been living with Valentin Cassadine for half a year and that Josslyn is a WSB agent? This will all be news to Sonny.

Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) also feel they can't sit around and do nothing, but they seem to end up in trouble. Danny has to think fast when Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is summoned to the PCPD, but he is not in as much trouble as Britt.

A Big Week for Willow

On Monday, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is blindsided while at home. She gets a visitor who she tries to kick out. Could that vistor be Sidwell (Carlo Rota) with more drugs for Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Or does Drew show some muscle movement now that he has not been getting his regular doses?

The week gets even more perilous for Willow has Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) puts her plan into action. She confides what she is up to in Michael (Rory Gibson), while Chase (Josh Swickard) has to make a big decision. Willow doesn't even know what's coming, as this is a problem that has not been on her radar at all.

We finally get to see what Anna (Finola Hughes) has been up to all of these months. She has a new short hairstyle that looks like Willow's summer 2025 'do. And she has been knitting to pass the time. But Anna is also determined to get out of there and prove she is not crazy.
