General Hospital Hot Plots June 8 to 12: Cassius confesses, Willow's exposed, Sonny's biggest surprise yet

General Hospital is on fire the week of June 8 to 12, 2026. Cassius gets quite a shock at Wyndemere, while Willow realizes that she may be more transparent than she thinks. Also, Sonny is stunned when he gets news he never expected to get in his life.

When Cassius (Ryan Paevey) finds Liesl (Kathleen Gati) with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) in the Wyndemere sub-basement, he's going to have a whole lot of explaining to do. Liesl will want to know why her good cop son is keeping a college student hostage. That leads Cassius to make a major confession. Is this when Liesl learns that her second twin survived after all, but the twin she knew as Nathan really did die back in 2018?

Later in the week, Nina (Cynthia Watros) checks in on "Nathan," but she still has no idea that he is not really her brother-cousin James. Will Cassius feel guilty and fill Nina in, too? She might even be able to help Jack if she knew the truth about her family.

Willow gets a big surprise

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is blindsided this week, but who could be blindsiding her? Is it Drew (Cameron Mathison) who might start to move? Is it Nina, who hasn't been giving Jack (Chris McKenna) the drug? Is it Lucy (Lynn Herring) who is conspiring with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton)? Willow is also going to receive a tempting offer, and something tells us that Lucy is involved in this.

Later in the week, Tracy (Jane Elliot) finds Willow and chews her out. Tracy is onto Willow, but Congresswoman Cain plays innocent as usual. Little does Willow know that she is being set up. Is Tracy in on Lucy and Brook Lynn's plans? Michael (Rory Gibson) has a plan too, as Willow remains oblivious.
