General Hospital Hot Plots October 26 to 30: Quartermaine Surprises, Teen Trouble, Lulu's Big Problem

General Hospital is ready to close out the month with a lot happening in one week. The hottest plots from ABC for October 26 to 30, 2026, show chaos at Tracy's house, the kids are not all right, and Lulu fighting Willow tooth and nail.

What's The Big News?

What problems does Tracy have this week? | Image: ABC

Anything goes at Tracy's (Jane Elliot) house, the one Monica (Leslie Charleson) gave her. They have a crazy congresswoman living in the gatehouse and a dead body over by the nature preserve, so which one causes the problems?

By the middle of the week, Tracy drops a bombshell on her family. The next day, the Quartermaines are rocked. Does Tracy come across a falcon family eating away at a grave during one of her rides? Tracy also prepares for battle, so that doesn't sound good at all. Uh-oh?

Teen Angst

The teen scene is down by one, but that doesn't mean Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) isn't causing trouble from afar. In fact, Lulu (Alexa Havins) gets some news about her daughter that she doesn't like at all. She is well aware that her son is involved with Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski), but does Drew (Cameron Mathison) become privy to this news this week?

Scout and Rocco (Finn Carr) are nearly caught and Scout finds herself opening up to Drew. That might not be a good idea, considering how strict and irrational her father is.

Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) has his fair share of trouble this week too. Jason (Steve Burton) wants him to include Rocco in his work around the estate, but Jason also does not know the extent of the problems between the boys. Danny also issues an ultimatum this week before making a confession. Does he tell anyone that he and Charlotte had found Jack's (Chris McKenna) body in the pool?

Lulu Goes to War

Lulu now has to fight a crazy congresswoman in court, but she is ready with both Ric (Rick Hearst) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) by her side. Dante defends Lulu when he has to because he can tell that Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is lying when he claims that Lulu is the liar.

Ric also makes a request of Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) this week. Does he fish for information about Willow to use in Lulu's case? What can Alexis tell him that won't compromise her law license? We are sure she can somehow lead him down the right path...
