General Hospital offers another week of complicated situations and fallout from the Sidwell-Cullum chaos that never seems to end. The hottest plots for July 20 to 24, 2026, include Willow trying to put out way too many fires, Sonny learning just how much he had been kept in the dark, and Anna doing things just a little too soon.
Kill Him Again?

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is growing more desperate by the hour. While her mother enjoys her time with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) after not finding his black box, Willow makes a stunning realization. Does she learn that Drew (Cameron Mathison) can speak or that Chase (Josh Swickard) is not 100% at her beck and call anymore? Either way, that leaves her in a lot of trouble.
Willow also has to deal with the fact that Drew's condition is improving rapidly and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) won't leave her alone. She keeps asking way too many questions, while also pushing for Drew to communicate. Is Willow going to have to hurt Elizabeth next just to keep her quiet?
Willow might also want to consider Jack's facetious suggestion to kill Drew again. If she does try it, will Drew stop her? Or will he have to stop Nina (Cynthia Watros)?
Another Week of Surprises For Sonny

Learning that Carly (Laura Wright) kept Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) in her attic for seven months and 16 days and that she is also romantically involved with him was enough of a shock for Sonny (Maurice Benard), but Lulu (Alexa Havins) has more.
Sonny finally learns why Rocco (Finn Carr) skipped town with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). He was the one who shot Cullum and not Jason. That leads Sonny to have a heart-to-heart with Rocco, but how will he feel when Jason returns home for the second time this month? Sonny will learn that Jason chose his son over him, which is a big deal, indeed.
Too Soon for Anna?

It was only two days ago in Port Charles and France time that Anna's (Finola Hughes) doctor wasn't sure whether she was ready to be released and now she's headed back to work. Isn't a little too soon for that, considering all that Anna has been through? She is still seeing Peter (Wes Ramsey), for Pete's sake.
One of Anna's first orders of business is to make an offer to Chase. Is she ready to give him his detective's badge back or does he want him to do a little work on the side? Anna might want to stay away from Chase.
Will Sonny be hurt that Jason didn't go to him first? Is Willow about to attempt to kill again? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
