General Hospital Preview September 29: Danny Needs Jason and Sonny Needs a Lawyer

Expect heartache and fireworks on General Hospital this Tuesday. According to the latest spoilers video for September 29, 2026, from ABC, Charlotte's departure hits Danny hard and Sonny is under fire from all ends.

Jason and Carly Woes

Jason (Steve Burton) has to step up and be a father again when Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) needs him the most. Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) is gone, things are still tense between him and Rocco (Finn Carr), and Danny feels like he has nobody. Could he even blame himself because he was the one who tipped off Rocco that Charlotte was about to do something dangerous and insane?

Jason tells Danny that no matter what she asks, he needs to say no. Is Jason referring to Scout or Charlotte? Something tells us that Charlotte is going to be up to mischief at school and may want to bring Danny into it.

As for Carly (Laura Wright), she is put on the spot when Lucas (Van Hansis) asks her if she is in love with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Carly doesn't quite know what to say, so Lucas tells her that if she gives him an answer, they can clear things up once and for all.

Sonny Under Fire

Sonny (Maurice Benard) didn't think that leaving the mob would make his loved ones so suspicious. Then, maybe, just maybe Sonny shouldn't have taken a meeting with Vito on the patio with Ric (Rick Hearst) in the living room. Now, all Ric can do is suspect that he was the one behind the Pentonville beatings.

Sonny now has to defend himself or will he just come clean and admit it was him? Curtis (Donnell Turner) already named him to Justine, so things are not looking good for Sonny's love life at the moment. Still, this can be a setup. Who will believe in Sonny if that is the case?

Curtis and Jordan Woes

Curtis meets Jordan's (Tanisha Harper) sister while he is lying in a hospital bed in pain. Monet (Blythe Howard) is there to offer her services as an attorney, but does she introduce herself as Jordan's sister? Does she even know this is her former brother-in-law?

Jordan is still triggered over her meetup with Monet and tells Michael (Rory Gibson) all about it. Jordan has been confiding in Michael a lot of late, which is rather intriguing...
