General Hospital Preview September 30: Danny Decks Rocco, Sonny Goes on Defense, Ava and Drew Panic

General Hospital presents an action-packed Wednesday to end the month. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for September 30, 2026, two teen boys brawl, Sonny swears he didn't do it, and Ava hopes everything went according to plan.

Not Brothers?

Rocco (Finn Carr) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) seemed to be getting along on Monday and even said they were brothers again. Now, their friendship is in worse shape than ever since Danny blames Rocco for Charlotte's (Bluesy Burke) boarding school predicament.

Danny hauls off and decks Rocco across the face, but what prompts it? Is it just pent up anger or does Rocco mention he's been kissing Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski)? Jason (Steve Burton) might want to have another talk with his son, but first, he has to deal with Sonny's (Maurice Benard) problems, of course.

Sonny's Problems

Sonny swears he didn't do it and we believe him, even if Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) does not. Justine (Nazneen Contractor) wants to believe it wasn't Sonny, but the evidence says otherwise. Ric (Rick Hearst) and Jason meet at Sonny's for a confab to try and figure out how they are going to get Sonny out of this mess. Sonny realizes they are going to have to deal with Curtis (Donnell Turner) first.

At the hospital, Curtis tells Jordan (Tanisha Harper) what happened, but none of it makes sense to her after what Justine and Michael (Rory Gibson) had said about Sonny going legit. Will Curtis also mention the new Miller & Davis lawyer who had been by to see him?

The Problem With Drew

Like everyone else, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has had it with Drew (Cameron Mathison), but this time around, she is not putting up with his rules at all. She also realizes that she has to keep things from Scout that pertain to her father and tells Molly (Kristen Vaganos) that honesty has gone out the window.

As for Drew himself, he looks like he has some bad news when Ava tells him that things seem to have gone according to plan. Perhaps they did not if Drew has to report to Ava (Maura West) that Curtis got caught in their little plan. Could Drew have used contacts from his time in Pentonville to arrange Sidwell's beating and set up Sonny?
