General Hospital Sneak Peek Preview: Drew Goes Ballistic, Threatens Sonny Over Scout

General Hospital is back on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, after a holiday break and Drew Cain is back to being a menace. When we last left things on Friday, Scout was MIA and Drew was ready to send up flares. He runs straight to Sonny's place, thinking she was there, but when Sonny opens the door...

A Headache For Sonny and Alexis

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) are having a pleasant conversation about leaving the mob when Drew (Cameron Mathison) starts banging on the door. Alexis knew it wouldn't take long, but Sonny just wants to know how the heck Drew was aware Scout was even there. He had checked her phone's last location, but Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) had been gone for a while.

Alexis casually asks Sonny if he could just shoot Drew, but Sonny reminds her that she used to frown upon that. Alexis just wants him gone, so Sonny decides to let him in so they can get rid of him sooner.

Drew is Fuming

As soon as Sonny opens his front door, Drew comes tearing in, swearing Sonny and Alexis have to be hiding Scout somewhere, but Sonny has to break it to Drew that Scout isn't there. So, Drew threatens to call the sheriff to take care of things. (We guess the police commissioner is busy trying to kill Britt.)

Little does Drew know that Scout is right outside the Q boathouse sharing her very first kiss with a boy she used to consider her big brother. She is even in the same spot Drew was in when Nina (Cynthia Watros) shoved him and his wheelchair into the lake in July.

And if Drew treated his teenage daughter like a teenager, she wouldn't feel that she needed to sneak around and not tell her nanny where she was. Will Drew find Scout with Rocco (Finn Carr) or will Scout get away with this particular sneak out? Drew is going to find it harder to keep up with Scout unless he accepts that she is her own person who deserves to see her mother's family.
