General Hospital Spoilers, April 3: Sonny and Ric crash Marco's funeral

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, April 3, 2026, tease a sad day in Port Charles as Marco is laid to rest and all hell breaks loose at the church.

Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is both heartbroken and furious. Burying a child is the hardest thing anyone can do and he has to bury a son who was just brutally murdered. All he wants is for Marco's (Adrian Anchondo) funeral to go well, while he plans out revenge on the side.

Sidwell is not amused when Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Ric (Rick Hearst) show up at the funeral, considering that Sidwell is completely convinced that Sonny is the one who had Marco killed. Before even arriving at the church, Sonny tells Ric that they have to take the risk and do this, but when they get there and offer condolences, Sidwell tells them that he doesn't believe they are sorry at all.

Spoilers say that Sonny explains his actions to Carly (Laura Wright). She is at the funeral to support a grieving Lucas (Van Hansis), but wonders why her ex-husband would cause a ruckus at a memorial service.

Molly's surgery

While Ric proves his loyalty to Sonny once more, his daughter undergoes surgery for her endometriosis. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) is finally doing something to alleviate her pain and symptoms, and Kristina (Kate Mansi) is right there by her side to support her sister.

Teasers say that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) makes an admission. Does she tell Molly something new and secret before she goes into surgery or does she make this admission to someone else? Surely, she is also not at Marco's funeral while her daughter is at General Hospital.

Nina and Curtis: friends again?

Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) have their first confab since last summer as Nina attempts to make amends with her former bestie. Nina and Curtis had been buddies for years until he blabbed to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that Nina slept with Drew (Cameron Mathison). It blew up Willow and Drew's relationship, as she saw him for who he really was for the first time.
