General Hospital Spoilers, April 7: Cassius has a dire warning for his sister

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, April 7, 2026, tease Cassius doing Sidwell's dirty work by putting Britt in her place.

It looks like Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) has known who "Nathan" (Ryan Paevey) was all along, which was pretty obvious by the way she hugged him when he first turned up at General Hospital last fall. She seemed extremely hesitant, which was our biggest clue that this was not Nathan at all.

Now, we know this man is really Nathan's twin, Cassius Faison, and he is on Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) payroll. Sidwell still needs Britt to perform her duties and delivers that message on behalf of his boss. However, Cassius also warns Britt that if she doesn't come through, sister or not, she is on her own. How will Britt find a way out of this mess? She can continue to do whatever Sidwell wants or she can give him the information he needs...

Dante has questions

When Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) stops by Lulu's (Alexa Havins) house, he questions both Rocco (Finn Carr) and his ex because something seems fishy. He wants to know why nobody told him that Rocco was in the ER because he'd injured his hand. He had to hear the news from Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst).

Lulu and Rocco think that Dante might have learned what happened on Pier 55, but he has not caught on to that yet. However, when he sees that Rocco's injury matches Jason's (Steve Burton), will it start to click for Dante just who Jason is covering for?

Date night disaster?

It's the grand re-opening of Charlie's and Kristina (Kate Mansi) is ready for quite a night. Sonny is there by her side as Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) get ready to perform. However, spoilers tease that a couple's date night is about to end in disaster.

Since Charlie's is the happening place in town, is this the site of the big date? And which couple is involved? Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) seem to be making plans and will be seen this week in what looks to be a car crash. Is this the couple that is in a whole lot of trouble?
