General Hospital heads into mid-week with a big day as secrets are revealed and battle lines are drawn. According to the latest spoilers for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, Michael is stunned, Sonny gears up for war, and Drew relays his new big plans.

Willow Means Business

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is finished being her light, bright, and fun self and is ready to fight another day...with Michael (Rory Gibson), of course. It's always Michael. As he expected, she immediately jumps to the conclusion that Michael had Jacinda (Paige Herschell) drug him, which means Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is quite predictable.

Michael usually knows what Willow has been up to or what she will do. He has suspected for nearly a year that she shot Drew (Cameron Mathison), so is he about to learn that he's been right all along? Spoilers say that Michael is absolutely stunned. This week's promo also has Trina (Tabyana Ali) telling Michael she knows what he needs to fight Willow.

Is she about to drop the bomb that Willow really did shoot Drew, despite being acquitted? It would stun Michael to know that Trina has had this info for months, as had Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who negotiated for him to hand his kids to a would-be murderess.

Sonny Spreads the News

We haven't heard much from Sonny (Maurice Benard) since he quietly announced his retirement last week. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) knows and now Ric (Rick Hearst) knows too. And Ric is not happy. He sees leaving the mob as more dangerous than staying. At least in the mob, Sonny knows the dangers he is dealing with.

Sonny is aware that leaving is not something that can happen overnight. In fact, he also knows there is a long road ahead of him as he prepares for battle. This is going to be a difficult process, but Sonny is determined to go legit.

Sonny doesn't even know he has Drew and Ava (Maura West) coming after him. Drew didn't learn much all those months he was locked in and has no intention of becoming a better person.
