General Hospital Spoilers August 28: Willow Turns on the Waterworks for Shirtless Chase

General Hospital ends the week with Chase being silly again. According to spoilers for Friday, August 28, 2026, Willow sobs and Chase listens. Plus, Ava puts her plan into action, and Carly and Valentin make a decision.

It's not been a good week for Congresswoman Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). She thought it started off right when she made that recording of Jack (Chris McKenna), but then her mother freaked out and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) threatened to take her kids away and send her to jail. That definitely put a damper on things.

By the time she has an encounter with Chase (Josh Swickard) in the Q boathouse, she has her sob story worked out. Chase feels so awful for poor, maligned Willow, who just wants to raise her kids in peace. He demands to know what awful person is making his precious ex-wife cry. Chase just won't stand for it.

Willow knows she will always have an ally in Chase as long as he never finds out what she did last summer. If he does, then it's all over. So, she will take advantage of how dopey Chase is for as long as she can.

Ava and Drew's Plan

Ava (Maura West) is ready to do Drew's (Cameron Mathison) dirty work so she doesn't have to listen to Sonny (Maurice Benard) say horrible things about her anymore. If it requires distracting Jack Brennan so that Drew can break into his hotel room, then so be it. She even appears to enlist Nina (Cynthia Watros) to help her, with neither woman knowing what the other has been up to.

As for Drew, he plans to get to Jack's room as soon as she can, but he's waylaid when Marty (Michael E. Knight) stops him to talk. There is only so much that Ava can do to distract Jack, so Drew needs to hurry up if this plan is going to work.

Spoilers say that Carly (Laura Wright) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) make a decision, but there are so many things to decide. Valentin has this idea to work for ELQ again, but that is not a decision they can make together. Does this decision have anything to do with Anna or their living arrangements?
