General Hospital Spoilers, February 19: Drew's about to spill the beans as Willow gets her kids

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, February 19, 2026, tease Willow's dreams coming true as Michael's nightmare begins.

It's all happening in Port Charles on Thursday. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is now convinced that Michael (Rory Gibson) lied to him about being inside Drew's (Cameron Mathison) house the night Drew was shot and asks Nathan (Ryan Paevey) to talk to him.

Michael finds himself in the interrogation room at the PCPD and feels like he is walking into some kind of trap. Since he knows she has nothing left to hide, he can't even imagine what the police found when they searched his belongings, especially his keyring.

Meanwhile, it's also time for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to finally have her kids. She is overjoyed as she reunites with them, but she has no idea that Drew's drugs may be wearing off. When Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) somehow finds herself in Drew's room, he tries to talk. Alexis wonders if Drew is trying to tell her something. And boy does Drew have a lot to tell...

Chase is feeling the guilt

Chase (Josh Swickard) tries to play things cool as he realizes that Michael's trip to the police station is all his doing. He can't let anyone know that he is the one who planted the idea in Nathan's head to search Michael's key ring.

When Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) comes to him about starting their family, Chase isn't quite sure what to say. He wants to be enthusiastic, but his guilt is eating away at him. He knows Brook Lynn will lose it if she learns what he did to her cousin. As Tracy said, maybe he doesn't belong in this family.

Maxie's homecoming

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is thrilled to be back in her own home with all three of her kids and even more thrilled to reunite with Lulu (Alexa Havins). She has no idea that Lulu now has a thing for her not-so-dead husband, so it's a happy reunion.

However, Maxie also knows that she will have to see Nathan at some point. Is she the one who appears behind him when Nathan goes to look at his own grave? Since Friday is a standalone episode about Luke, we are bound to get this answer on Thursday.
