General Hospital Spoilers July 10: Lulu Rips Into Carly, Brook Lynn in the Hot Seat

General Hospital ends the week with confrontations galore. According to the latest spoilers for July 10, 2026, Lulu demands answers from her cousin, Chase has things figured out, and Elizabeth is so, so close to having other things figured out.

Dangerous Cousin

Now that the shock at seeing Carly (Laura Wright) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) making out in the hospital parking lot has worn off, Lulu (Alexa Havins) decides it's time to confront her cousin about going behind her back with her daughter for the last six months.

Lulu can't believe that Carly defied her like that and put Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) in danger. She had no right to continually allow her to see Valentin. Lulu wants to know what Carly was even thinking and what she offered Valentin in return for the help she wanted. Did she offer him Charlotte? Lulu is not going to like any answer she gets, so Carly might not even want to try.

Lucy's Big Mouth

When Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) decided to go along with Lucy's (Lynn Herring) plan to set up Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), she never expected Lucy to want Deception stock in return. She also never expected that Lucy would blabber so much around Chase (Josh Swickard) that he would figure out what was really going on.

After his conversation with Ms. Coe at the pool, Chase confronts his wife and asks if she was the one to set up Willow. Spoilers say that Chase is aghast, so it's a pretty good bet that Brook Lynn fesses up. That means Willow is off the hook...for this, at least.

Elizabeth's Suspicions

Willow may be on the hook for a lot of things soon if she doesn't think fast in front of Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Liz is confused to see Jack (Chris McKenna) there, but she is glad to be able to tell him she thinks something right in that house caused his stroke.

All Jack can do is smirk as Willow and Nina (Cynthia Watros) look like they're about to pass out when Liz announces that there might be a connection between what happened to Jack and what happened to Drew. Will it finally dawn on Elizabeth that the connection is Willow?
