General Hospital Spoilers July 9: Jack's 'Stroke' Grows More Suspicious

General Hospital revisits the "stroke victims" in Willow's living room on Thursday. According to spoilers for July 9, 2026, Elizabeth grows suspicious as Willow suffers a setback. Plus, Brook Lynn gets called out.

Jack's Miracle Recovery

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is so far the only person to truly believe there is something odd about both Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Jack (Chris McKenna) having the same type of stroke in the same living room just a few months apart. When she reads that Jack is all better and was able to just walk out of Turning Wood on his own, Elizabeth finally realizes something is definitely up.

She tells Lucas (Van Hansis) how odd this is. Stroke victims need months of rehab and home help. How did Jack just get up and go back to work like it was nothing? Maybe she should pay a visit to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)...

Willow's Bad Luck

With Sidwell (Carlo Rota) in jail, Willow feels that she is running out of time. She no longer has any more doses for Drew, which means he will start to speak and move any day now. She needs that leverage quickly and tells Nina (Cynthia Watros) that it's all up to Chief Brennan.

Does Nina have the heart to tell Willow that Jack indicated he no longer has the leverage against Drew that he promised? That won't bode well for Willow, who has more problems than she can count at the moment.

As for Sidwell, he gets a visit in the PCPD interrogation room and accuses this person of selling him out.

More Suspicious Minds

Chase (Josh Swickard) is determined to prove that it was Michael (Rory Gibson) who set Willow up to take the fall for Jordan (Tanisha Harper) nearly killing someone, so he starts with Lucy (Lynn Herring). When he sees her at the Metro Court pool, Chase starts asking questions about the statement she gave Joe. Lucy has to put on a bright smile and keep her cool when she answers Chase's questions.

Elsewhere, it looks like Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is in the hot seat when she gets called out. Does Tracy (Jane Elliot) accuse her of setting up Willow and will she praise her granddaughter for such a devious idea?
