General Hospital brings emotion and reveals on Tuesday. According to the latest spoilers for June 23, 2026, Lulu drops a bomb, Dante and Sonny both have warnings, and Chase makes a decision.
What Rocco's Really Been Up To
Laura (Genie Francis) knew it was odd when Lulu (Alexa Havins) told her that she might have to skip town with Rocco (Finn Carr) and found it even more strange when Rocco ran away with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). She just knew not to ask questions and hoped that Sonny (Maurice Benard) would take care of things.
Imagine her surprise when Lulu tells her the sordid tale of following Britt to the pier one night in March and shooting WSB Director Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). That was certainly not the reason for Rocco's behavior that Laura expected to hear. Now, Lulu at least knows where he is, but needs someone to keep an eye on Charlotte (Bluesy Burke). Little does she know that Charlotte is in her own bit of trouble and the one whom Rocco contacted.
As for Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), he once again confides in Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), but he also leaves her with a warning. Since she knows what happened to Cullum, does he just tell her to be careful while he is away?
Sonny Takes Charge
After an entire episode of back-and-forth banter, Ethan (Nathan Dean) finally gets Ava (Maura West) to accompany him to Sonny's (Maurice Benard) office. As expected, Sonny wants Ava to help him lure out Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Ava is hesitant to do so and figures that Sidwell is long gone by now and good riddance. Sonny knows Sidwell will be back because he will want to know who killed his son and get revenge. Will Ava cooperate with Sonny? Does Ava even have a choice?
Brook Lynn's Big Plan
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was not expecting Lucy (Lynn Herring) to ask for compensation for her help with the Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) plot, but she is willing to do what she has to in order for Chase to see who Willow really is. What could Lucy even want?
