General Hospital Spoilers June 24: Anna Devane Is Back, Carly and Charlotte Makes a Stunning Confessions

General Hospital welcomes back a legend on Wednesday. According to the latest spoilers for June 24, 2026, we finally see Anna Devane again after all these months. Plus, Carly needs a favor from Lucas.

Anna's Ready to Break Free

After months of just hearing about Anna (Finola Hughes) and her escapades trying to escape a French mental institution, we finally get to see our favorite super spy. We now know that Anna got a chic new haircut while locked up and even learned to knit and crochet.

Anna meets with her doctor to discuss when she might finally be able to go home now that Willow has had the charges against her dropped. Will she be released to spend some time in Shadybrook instead? Is she well enough that she no longer needs psychiatric help? Has Anna been working her own plan all this time? We'll finally find out what Anna has really been up to tomorrow.

Carly's Desperate

After saying goodbye to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and shouting at Jack (Chris McKenna), Carly (Laura Wright) knew she has to do something. So, she decides she has to break Josslyn (Eden McCoy) free on her own...or at least with a little help from her brother.

It's confession time for Carly as she calls Lucas (Van Hansis) over and tells him that his niece is a WSB agent who is now locked in Wyndemere's basement, thanks to Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Does she mention that Valentin is the guy she has been seeing and that he spent the last half year living in her attic? That might be more surprising than learning Josslyn is a junior spy.

What neither one of them knows is that Cullum is still at Wyndemere and is about to pull a fast one on Cassius (Ryan Paevey).

Charlotte's Big Mouth

After overhearing her mother tell her grandmother that Rocco (Finn Carr) shot Cullum and Jason (Steve Burton) took the fall, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) can't wait to run to Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and tell him. Now they know exactly why his dad is in jail. He was trying to make sure that Rocco still had a future.

As for Rocco, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) gives him his marching orders and tells him to take his passport and go. Does she finally realize what a mistake it was to take a minor on the run?
