General Hospital Spoilers June 30: Cassius Holds Sidwell at Gunpoint

Things get precarious on General Hospital as Cassius tries to take control. According to the latest spoilers for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, Sidwell makes Cassius an offer he may or may not refuse, Josslyn and Liesl find common ground, and Nina makes a shocking discovery.

A Clean Break for Cassius

Cassius (Ryan Paevey) is caught between a rock and a hard place. He makes sure that Joe (Jonathan Bennett) drops his gun, but then trains his gun right on Sidwell (Carlo Rota). He is sick of working for and taking orders from these men, but Sidwell is not about to lie down and die.

Instead, he attempts to entice Cassius with all the money he could ever want if he just lets him go and the prototype is produced. Cassius was already offered 50% by Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but he also wants to keep Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Liesl (Kathleen Gati) alive, so he has a decision to make.

Does he take Sidwell up on his offer or does he try to do the daring thing? Cassius never expected to start thinking of anyone but himself, so this is quite a plot twist for him.

Carly To the Rescue?

Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) know they need help from someone, so they call Carly (Laura Wright) and she comes running to their rescue. The problem is, Carly is also frantic because of Josslyn. She is ready to run to Wyndemere herself, but tells the kids to call Sonny (Maurice Benard) if they don't hear from her by 8 pm.

As for Nina (Cynthia Watros), she makes an alarming discovery. Does she walk into her office and find a WSB goon on her office floor? Or does she see Cullum in Jack's (Chris McKenna) room?

Down In the Basement

Over on Spoon Island, Liesl tells Josslyn that she has completed the prototype and seems ready to hand it over. Josslyn is alarmed that Liesl can even think of doing such a thing. She did not come this far on her WSB mission for it all to go awry now.

Spoilers say that Josslyn and Liesl find common ground. Do they devise a way to get out of their situation that doesn't involve handing a dangerous weapon to madmen?
