General Hospital gets off to a roaring start on Monday, May 18, 2026. According to spoilers, Josslyn finds something fascinating, Emma fears for her grandmother, a new cop arrives on the scene, and Isaiah is down for the count.
Josslyn's Wyndemere prison
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) got to know more about Cassius (Ryan Paevey) than the audience has known since he arrived in Port Charles last year. She knows that he likes living Nathan's life; he is doing this all for Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), and he is not sure how to get out of this mess.
He also tells Josslyn that she is not getting out of her situation any time soon. It's too risky for him and it might even be too risky for her. However, while Josslyn is in that room, she makes a grim discovery. Does she finally find Anna's (Finola Hughes) etching that lets her know that Anna was there before her? That might give Joss some insight into why Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) had that book.
Meanwhile, the saga of Jack (Chris McKenna) and Cullum continues off Spoon Island, where Ava (Maura West) wonders when Nina (Cynthia Watros) became so close to the WSB station chief. Her concern with Jack seems rather odd.

Chaos at the Metro Court Gardens
Portia (Brook Kerr) is horrified after Curtis (Donnell Turner) hauls off and decks Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson). Her boyfriend seems to be in rough shape as the rest of the guests look on in shock. Curtis really stepped in it this time.
