General Hospital Spoilers November 3: Carly's in the Hot Seat as Charlotte's Bracelet Surfaces

General Hospital has another exciting one in store as Carly is forced to answer some very pointed questions. According to the latest spoilers from ABC for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Carly has some very pointed questions to answer, Josslyn has a warning for Brook Lynn, and Heather makes her way around town.

The Telltale Bracelet

From the day Jack (Chris McKenna) was found in the pool, it was clear that Charlotte's (Bluesy Burke) bracelet would come into play once his body surfaced. Now, the cops have found a bracelet with the letter "C" on Jack's wrist, just after Carly (Laura Wright) stumbled over the body.

Joe (Jonathan Bennett) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) sit with Carly in the PCPD interrogation room and ask her if the bracelet is familiar. Will she recognize it as Charlotte's? Will Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) recognize it? If so, they will want to help Carly, but not hurt Charlotte, so what explanation will Carly and Valentin offer?

Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) is sure that Carly is innocent and tells Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) just as much. Dante wants to know how Jason is so sure. Does Jason have any proof?

Saving Phoebe

Now that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) knows her cousin is after Phoebe and Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) need to be on high alert, Josslyn tells Brook Lynn what she knows. She is sure that Jude is in Port Charles for more than one reason. Brook Lynn may wonder if she can distract Jude from Phoebe with his quest for the Jacks fortune.

Sonny also learns of Jude's (Wil Traval) presence in town and wonders how he can handle yet another Jacks in his life. He once had Jax (Ingo Rademacher) deported. Maybe he can do the same for the man's nephew...

A BLT?

After seeing Trina (Tabayna Ali), one of Heather's (Alley Mills) first stops in Port Charles is Bobbie's. Does she need a BLT that badly? While enjoying her meal, Heather runs into Anna (Finola Hughes), who is not very happy to see Heather, but she sits down with her anyway.

Heather informs Anna that she is not just in town to see her grandson. She has other things to take care of aside from getting to know Ace. Should Anna be worried?
