General Hospital Spoilers November 4: Nina Makes Demands, Willow Makes Waves, Carly Makes Sense

General Hospital has a big show in store, and much of it seems to revolve around Jack Brennan's murder. According to spoilers from ABC for Wednesday, November 4, 2026, Nina is still imprisoned, Willow throws her weight around, and Carly tries to employ logic with the PCPD.

Set Her Free!

Despite Baines (Alimi Ballard) believing he may have jumped the gun when he arrested Nina (Cynthia Watros) and despite Joe (Jonathan Bennett) arresting Carly (Laura Wright), Nina is still in a WSB prison looking like she's been through a war. When Baines brings her more breakfast and coffee, she loses it on him and demands to be set free.

Meanwhile, Nina's daughter ticks off a former WSB agent who is now a heart surgeon. When Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) visits the hospital, she seems to want to order people around. Tristan (Dean Geyer) tells her that she can't force him to do anything, so what does she want?

Carly is also accused of killing Jack (Chris McKenna), so the WSB should figure out that Nina was not her accomplice. Carly denies all wrongdoing and rightfully so. She did not kill Jack, but she did lie to them about the bracelet.

Carly suggests to Joe that he get her out of his mind and start from the beginning. Will she employ logic and reason to get Joe to see that he has the wrong person in the interrogation room?

Meanwhile, Ava (Maura West) informs Drew (Cameron Mathison) that Jack's body was found. Drew hopes that this does not hinder his revenge plans on Nina, as Drew has a one-track mind — revenge. Wait until they find out that Carly is now accused. As long as it's not them, right?

About Jordan and Curtis

Monet (Blythe Howard) gives Curtis (Donnell Turner) some encouraging news on Wednesday. Does that mean he is closer to a Spring Ridge stay or closer to an appeal? Is he already back in Pentonville or is he preparing to leave GH? Could that be why Willow was at the hospital?

In Germany, Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is deep into her treatments when she experiences a setback, but at least Michael (Rory Gibson) is there to support her.
