General Hospital Spoilers October 1: Dante Blasts Sonny in Emotional Confrontation

General Hospital begins the new month with Sonny Corinthos under fire from all ends. According to spoilers provided by the network for Thursday, October 1, 2026, Dante confronts Sonny and it does not go well at all.

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) didn't want to believe that Sonny (Maurice Benard) ordered that Pentonville attack, but all the evidence points straight to his father. From Curtis' (Donnell Turner) statement to the security cam footage, Sonny seems like the most obvious suspect. Sadly, that fact does not give Dante pause. Since when has Sonny ever been so sloppy?

Both Dante and Jordan (Tanisha Harper), two police commissioners, honestly look foolish jumping to this conclusion, but here we are. When Dante confronts his father, Sonny denies wrongdoing and insists that he was set up, but Dante doesn't seem to believe him and accuses Sonny of not respecting him enough to tell the truth.

At the Q estate, there's drama everywhere as Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) takes Michael (Rory Gibson) to task for pushing Chase (Josh Swickard) toward Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Meanwhile, Chase tells Tracy (Jane Elliot) that he still loves Brook Lynn. So, logically, Tracy tells him to just forgive his wife and move on.

In the apartment above the garage, Trina (Tabyana Ali) is reeling after learning what happened to her father. Like everyone else, she blames Sonny and tells Gio (Giovanni Mazza) that it was his grandfather who put her father in the hospital. Gio doesn't want to believe it, so maybe he will be the only one who trusts Sonny.

While Dante and Sonny have it out, with Sonny defending himself, Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) also have it out. Sam (Kelly Monaco) would be crushed to see what Drew (Cameron Mathison) has done to her two kids and how they are now at odds.

Scout wants to defend her father, but also saw him involved with some shady business with Ava (Maura West). She is not sure what to think about that, but how will she feel when she learns that Danny and Rocco got into a fistfight over Charlotte? Scout is already furious with Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and this can make things worse. It's a good thing that Charlotte is off to Maine.
