General Hospital Spoilers October 19: Terrified Trina Confronts Quinn

General Hospital offers a Monday full of suspense. According to the latest spoilers from ABC for October 19, 2026, Trina feels unsettled (to say the least), Jason wants answers, Britt makes a deal, and Carly gets the third degree.

Stalker or Not?

Trina (Tabyana Ali) was not expecting to walk into "Quinn's sister's apartment" and find rose petals on the bed, candles lit, and her song playing on a speaker. When she asks Quinn (Jequan Jackson) what the heck is going on, he can only smile and ask if she likes it.

Trina knows that she is in a bad situation and tells Quinn that she has to leave, but he says that he can't let her do that. Is there more to this story than meets the eye? Because if Quinn really is Trina's stalker, that was way too obvious from the start and soaps are not supposed to be obvious. Does Heather Webber's (Alley Mills) return have anything to do with this story?

The Brown Dog

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is still at the Brown Dog when she meets a mysterious Australian stranger named Jude (Will Traval), who buys her a drink. Jude tells Britt that there's an offer on the table just for her, which piques her interest.

Teasers say that Britt makes an intriguing deal. Clearly, she accepts the offer, but what can it be? Hopefully, it is one that gives her some sort of direction in which she won't alienate half the staff at GH.

Back at Lucas' (Van Hansis) place, Carly (Laura Wright) stops by for a late-night drink and chat where Lucas once again questions her about her love life. What will she tell him this time?

About Jason and Sonny

Valentin learns more about Josslyn | Image: ABC

While Carly chats with Lucas, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) learns that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is not about to back away from bringing down Sonny (Maurice Benard). She tells her mother's boyfriend that JJE carries a big stick that she intends to wield.

Over at the Deception offices, Jason (Steve Burton) knows that Serena (Kelly Kruger) is trying to play him, so he demands to know what's really going on.
