General Hospital Spoilers October 2: Sonny's Life Goes From Bad to Worse

General Hospital ends the week with a heartbroken Sonny. According to spoilers provided by the network for Friday, October 2, 2026, Dante won't budge, Chase and Lulu won't budge, and Jordan gets big news.

Et tu, Gio?

Sonny (Maurice Benard) can't believe his own son refuses to believe that he didn't order the Pentonville attack. It doesn't matter to a detective like Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that Sonny would never be so sloppy. If Curtis (Donnell Turner) said that it was Sonny, then it must be so, right?

Gio (Giovanni Mazza) walks in on the argument between Sonny and Dante, so Sonny tries to see if Gio will believe him. If Gio doesn't trust him, then Gio might move out. Dante pulls his son in another direction and tells him to get out now before it's too late and he gets more hurt.

Teasers say that Sonny is crushed. Does that mean that Gio listens to Dante and decides to take his dad's side against his grandfather? We guess a lifetime of criminality will make your family not trust you no matter what.

It's a big day at the Q estate when Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) have it out in the boathouse after he witnessed an argument between Brook Lynn and Michael (Rory Gibson). Will Brook Lynn tell him what Michael is up to with Willow? Will Chase ever listen to reason? It doesn't appear that he will, at least not on Friday.

Will Lulu (Alexa Havins) listen to reason when she tells Tracy (Jane Elliot) that she'll have Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) arrested if he ever assaults Rocco (Finn Carr) again? Can Tracy get Lulu to see that Danny is a teenager who lost his mother because she was trying to save Lulu's life? Maybe Lulu needs her stepmonster to point out some facts.

Good News for Jordan?

Michael sent Jordan (Tanisha Harper) to Germany to do some wheeling and dealing, but also to visit the doctor who fixed him up after he was burned to an inch of his life last year.
