General Hospital Spoilers October 20: Carly Puts Her Heart on the Line for Valentin

General Hospital features women going for what they want on Tuesday. According to spoilers from ABC for October 20, 2026, Carly takes Lucas' advice, Britt decides it's time to have fun, and Sonny has a warning for Jason.

Love the One You're With

Lucas (Van Hansis) saw Carly (Laura Wright) get her groove back as soon as Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) landed in her attic. So, he wants his sister to be happy, despite the way he feels about the man. Carly takes Lucas' advice when she sees Valentin next. She doesn't want to let him go, so maybe it's time to tell Valentin the truth.

Carly (Laura Wright) starts by saying she almost never takes advice, but now she would be. Valentin looks at her with confusion. Does Carly tell Valentin that she loves him and yes, she is jealous of Anna and is tired of having to be so understanding? What will Valentin say if Carly says those three little words?

Will Valentin say them back or is Anna (Finola Hughes) still on the brain? Perhaps he is still thinking about the shocking news he just received from Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn)...

Good Nights For Britt and Portia

Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) decides to throw caution to the wind and enjoy a one-night stand with a mysterious stranger she calls "Crackerjack." We know his name is Jude (Will Traval), but Britt does not know that yet. She only wants to live her best life after spending so much time believing she was dying.

One of Britt's only friends at GH, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), also has a nice night as she and Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) enjoy a romantic evening on her couch.

Sonny's World

Sonny (Maurice Benard) knows that he could end up behind bars for a crime he didn't commit (for a change). If anyone knows Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), it's Sonny. He tells Jason that if there are any loose ends, then Justine will find them.

Meanwhile, Justine meets with Drew (Cameron Mathison) and makes him an offer. What could she have that the former congressman might want? Does this have to do with Sonny or is it about Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)?
